Reda Brothers Landscaping

Review: Reda Brothers installed a large patio and two walk-ways in pavers around our pool area. We promptly paid them the amount due. Portions of the walkways sunk in along the edges and a small sink hole developed on the patio. The patio sink hole is right where you walk and can be a hazard. I called the owner, John Reda and he came to look at it. He said he would be back to fix as he had other jobs to do and was trying to collect money from other customers. I saw him in the grocery store and asked him when he was coming to fix the problems, he said he would contact me and never did. I called numerous times and e-mailed him but he never responded yet he did some work at my next-door neighbor's home. All I want him to do is make good on his work, his web-site site says "customer satisfaction guaranteed" I hate to think how he defines satisfaction.Desired Settlement: Want him to make the necessary repairs to the patio and walkways so it is not a walking hazard.
