Reda Home Builders, Inc. Reviews (4)

I still have yet to personally meet Rick, he was not present the day we arrived, for the closing, or for any of our issuesHe will not answer nor return any of our phone calls specifically requesting to speak to him (he must be very important to not want to speak to someone that paid him $279,for a house)
If you have read this entire review first I want to say thank you, second if you do still decide to get into a business deal with Reda homes, good luck

It has been about a full year since buying my home from Reda Homes and my wife and I have been more than extremely satisfied with the entire experience from start to finish.

Negotiations for our home were very fair and the home inspection process was easy as well. However, I did have a minor freakout about a plumbing issue in the home (ended up actually being a pretty simple easy fix),and we had another very reputable builder in the area, (who also happens to be a plumber by trade) reinspect the home.
This other builder not only gave us the green light on the plumbing of the home but also commented on the great craftsmanship of the home. Quite honestly, he was surprised on how much top-quality material Rick Reda had put into the home.

After we purchased our home throughout the year, we had very minor issues with our home. We had to fill out a warranty repair form only twice for repair/adjustments on a few issues that were addressed with very timely repairs.
We also kept a running list of the minor stuff such as slightly misaligned closet doors or nail pops in order to take care of all at once for the end of the year warranty repairs.

We kept a reasonable repair list that Reda homes promptly addressed at the end of the year. (We did not try to ask for things that should be expected in normal wear and tear of the house e.g. scratches on walls from your pets). Chuck is the 1 year warranty inspection repair man and he was awesome. He was very courteous and professional and kept in great communication about making the end of the year repairs. When he came for the repairs, he brought a team that was prepared and went right to business and was able to complete a pretty long list in less than a couple days to my complete satisfaction.

I did have some difficulties with my irrigation system, but Reda homes made sure that I was completely satisfied with the function of my irrigation system and sent out his irrigation manager Garrett to personally help fix some of the irrigation heads that were not working as well. Once again, although it probably took some additional time and money for them, Reda homes followed through until I was completely satisfied.

The most impressive part about the entire experience were the things that Reda homes would do even without my request. For example, the mail truck was leaving a divot in front of my lawn by the mailbox. I figured I would have to go and make the repairs myself but lo and behold, I come home from home depot with a bag of rocks to fill in the divot and Reda homes has beat me to the punch and filled in the divot for me!

We kept reasonable expectations that a brand new home will have some things that will need to have fixed but Rick Reda followed through on these repairs and more.

It has been a full year and Reda homes has built a superb top quality home but more importantly has followed through on his craftsmanship. We would recommend Reda homes to anyone especially to my military colleagues that are considering buying a home in Montgomery County. Speaking with Rick R[redacted] on multiple occasions, he seems to truly understand and appreciate the importance of the military to the Clarksville community, and unfortunately this is sometimes uncommon in military towns.

I absolutely love my Reda Home. It took us 5 years to buy a Reda home. As first time home buyer's we did not know what to expect on new construction, and the craftmanship until we walked in a Reda home. That was the day we knew we had to own one of their homes.

It has been a little over a year since we purchased our home, and I have to tell you. The whole process was amazing. We were explained in detail what to expect from purchasing the home, initial walk through's, warranty as well what was coverd, and what was not. Our initial walk thru, was extremely detailed, all minor items were repaired prior to closing on our home. Such items were paint touch up.

As for the one year warranty, all the mechanicals of the home were covered, any issues that came up, the vendors responded promptly. As for the home the few settlement hairline cracks were fixed with top notch craftmanship.

I will definitely, buy an other Reda home in the future.

I bought my home from double R and I absolutely love it, all the minor faults that I found were promptly addressed. My hardwood floors got damaged in the process and Double R's team redid the entire thing.
There are people who will give negative reviews, why??? Because they want a million dollar house on Two hundred thousand dollar budget, I'm saying that you're not gonna get perfection but I bet you Reda will get you pretty [redacted] close.
