Redac Management Inc. Reviews (2)

Stay away from this company, and in particular the broker Stella Aurora! I never write public reviews, but my husband and I had the absolute worst experience with her, that I feel compelled to share this with you. We attended an open house from 5-6pm and emailed Stella our offer application by 7:30pm that same night, along with other supporting documentation proving our credentials and credit worthiness. I asked her in the email to confirm receipt of the application and confirm there’s no broker’s fee.
We received no response, no acknowledgment of our application, no response to my question regarding the broker’s fee, nothing. The next day, I followed up with her via email, and my husband left two voicemails. No response. She finally responded in the evening with a generic “I’ll submit all offers to the owner tonight and have an answer by tomorrow at noon”. The next day, we receive no communication for hours. In the afternoon, I must have emailed her 3 times and called her 8 times, with no responses at all. Finally, at 8:30pm she simply responded to my email with “the owner took the first offer received”, even though she stated the previous night that she’ll be submitting all applications together!
I understand that sometimes it takes time for an owner to evaluate offers, but that is no excuse for the way Stella treated me and my husband. There was zero communication on her part, zero acknowledgement of our offer application, zero follow up. She was the worst broker I’ve ever encountered, and I really wonder if she’s doing this job as a side gig.
Avoid Redac, Inc. and Stella Aurora at all costs.

Review: My wife and I were recently married this year and for our first apartment we ended up having to deal with [redacted] from Relo Redac INC. Within the first week in early April we submitted all our paperwork and checks for deposit & broker fees(alomost $15,000)and one handed in [redacted] did not answer phone calls or emails until her convenience which was days later or not at all. She continually promised things that were written in the lease to fix and clean but these things were never done. The amount of times we had to leave our jobs to go to the apartment just to see if her promises were kept over the almost 3 month span are over a dozen. The way she represented herself, her company and treated us was disgusting. I personally took the [redacted] up to the apartment and her was amazed with what a ''Piss poor paint job" and cleaning that was never done. We finally decided it wasnt worth having to deal with [redacted] and signed a termination lease which ended up costing us $1,000 for fees we couldnt get back. All partied involved in the deal including our broker never saw anyone conduct business in such a disappointing manor as [redacted] has conducted herself. On a final note, once we yet again left our jobs to sign the termination letter, [redacted] offered her services that her men in the building could move out the mattress we purchased that was in the apartment to our current building that day so she could have the apartment empty for the next applicant. I gave her our address and then waited. She came back later that night after trying to call her for hours saying they couldnt do it today and when asking when could they do it or should we handle it, no answer ever came back to us. This email is not intended to insult [redacted] but only to try and help that she never deals with anyone ever again this way, leaving people with a sense that they and their money is held hostage with no help from anyone.Desired Settlement: My wife and I would like [redacted]s company to pay us the $1000 condo fee we laid out. If [redacted] held herself as a respectable broker and did all that she agreed to do we would have been living in that apartment.

To Whom It may Concern:

This correspondence is offered in response to the above Complaint submitted by [redacted]. This office represented the [redacted] in an attempt to lease a residential condominium apartment several months ago.

Rather than proceed forward with the proposed Lease , the parties entered into an Agreement to release each other from all obligations and return all payments that [redacted] made to Relo Redac, Inc.

On June **, 2014 the Agreement was executed by all parties and all funds returned to [redacted]. At that time it was understood that this resolved the matter between the parties.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

This response offered nothign to what the original complaint was about. [redacted] who represents your company and treated the business arraignment as a joke,Holding our money hostage for 2 and a half months, continual lies about fixing the apartment, cleaning and never responding to any of our calls or emails unless she wanted to.

We as a newly married couple were taken for a ride by [redacted] and your company basically forced us to sign the termination agreement by your actions listed above.

We still have a loss of $1,000 for a board fee that we had to pay that we can not get back.

For the time wasted, stressed caused and ultimately pain caused by your company's representative [redacted] we want a payment from you for our loss of $1,000 since it was your actions that caused us to terminate this deal.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Business
