Red Beards Odd Jobs does not complete work satisfactorily. The owner left gutter debris on my roof after I paid him over $400. I told him about this and he guaranteed if I used his services again, I would received a return customer discount and percentage off for his leaving debris. I recently called and he quoted me a price of $175 before the 15% discount. He called the next day to say that he misquoted and my cost would be $375 before the 15% discount. I questioned the overnight price hike. He made lame excuses and the email conversations declined from that point. I do not recommend this company. Prices are high and service/customer service suck!

We spent $600+ dollars for out gutters to be cleaned, repaired, and our house washed. The roof of the house was not cleaned whatsoever on one entire side. Tree leaves are everywhere still. Gutter nails are still sticking out and one is hanging in the back still causing a drip in front of our back door. Josh has had ample time to get back to our house and fix this as he promised, but continues to make excuses and hasn't shown up and it has been months now. It's unfortunate that he is not being more professional in this situation especially since this wasn't our first time using him to clean our gutters. Im not one for leaving terrible reviews, but in this situation, we are quite upset at the outcome.
