I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Nothing about the businesses response is truthful, and it's all easily provably false. I have emails from them acknowledging both that I was hope on that pickup date and that they did not show up. Further I have call logs, web records, and various electronic messages establishing my monthlong odyssey trying to get my items returned. In addition, I have the call record of them guaranteeing refund.

Hello, We received a letter from Revdex.com with this complaint. We responded previousy with our backup documentation and maintain our position that this customer enjoyed the benefits of our services, was billed correctly, was given the courtesy of a $25.00 no show fee waiver and still is unsatisfied. RedBin has no intention of refunding this customer his requested $10.89, because we cannot find any reason to do so. Customer initiated storage on 5/**. Was properly billed $50. at rate of $10. per month. On 9/** customer called service center to request return delivery for 9/**. Customer was not home to receive on 9/** and failed to answer dispatch calls. Customer called service center on 9/** to request return....
