I am rejecting this response because:I prefer to receive a check! Also, I am very concerned about the workmanship on the repair done on my tooth
I sent the Revdex.com a message on Dec which I never heard back from that read:
Dear Revdex.com,
The more I think about things I want
something done about this too!
I failed to mention the poor workmanship
in regard to the front tooth that I had repaired
The 1st time that it was
repaired I had to go back to have it fixed…redone because it was faulty,
but even then it has never been rightI
can feel pain and notice when I touch it with my tongue on the back
of my tooth there is an imperfection…a
groove… that makes me feel like it will easily break and also allow bacteria to
gather
I don’t trust the work done! I REALLY
would like a refund for this too!!!
I received a call from the insurance
company today about getting a $refund, but nothing from Redbird Dental about
the unrequested/non disclosure cancer screening charge to me

To whom it may concern:Thank you so much for your letter expressing your concerns since your visit in March. In regards to the oral cancer screening that is a standard of care for all our patients once a year. Once person every hour dies of oral cancer and 1 out of 4 people diagnosed with oral...

cancer have no risk factors. oral cancer is very aggressive and survival is key only with early diagnosis.Our office is very proactive in prevention and early detection. If we could save one life by early detection, that is worth $50. We are sorry you feel the way you do, but we will continue to screen all our patients for oral cancer screening once a year. Often times if the patient raises a concern that they don't want to pay the fee, we will still do if for free.Ms. [redacted], if only you had voiced at your how you felt we could have resolved any miscommunication and we  would have waived the fee for the Cancer screening. We want you to be comfortable with you dental home and if it is not us, I hope you find an office that you feel comfortable in.
