Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/02/10) */ We apologize for any misunderstandingThe state changed a rate and we were not immediately notifiedWhen we contacted the state, their records did not agree with Paycom, at which time we documented our position and they agreed with Paycom A refund is due the client, and they should be eligible to claim the refund in four to six weeks once the state updates their recordsWe disagree that we are in breach of contract as the issue has been resolved with the state and the client will receive a refund

processing in specific layoutsPaycom did communicate the ability to produce the data required, however in a format that was different than the customers previous provider. *** chose to terminate services with Paycom prior to processing payroll. The Payroll service agreement signed by the customer outlines that the setup fee paid by the customer is non-refundable in whole or in part

The customer wishes to remove the complaint but is saying the website is down. I'm assuming he is trying to access your old website so please contact him and show him how he can access your new site and remove the complaintThank you

the amount of $3401.92.  My office has issued the binder once he accepted and signed the application. He wrote a check in the amount of $400 towards his payment. Our Insured [redacted] did create an online account with [redacted] Insurance website from where he access and gather all the policy information including his yearly premium, make payments and request changes etc., He did make an online payment on of $171.15 on June 6th, 2015.   He sent us an email claiming his mortgagee required correction in his last name spelling which was taken care in our office without any additional charge or change in premium.   On June 18th, he called [redacted] and requested to send the proof of insurance which had sent to him via email. On July 10th, 2015 he received an email from [redacted] Billing Department to make payment for his policy in the amount of $286.99.  [redacted] requested to cancel the policy. As per his received instructions the policy get cancelled but there is an amount due of $144.00 to be paid for days the home was covered. He refused to pay the balance which he owe to [redacted] Insurance. When he received a letter from collection department he came to our office and asked me to pay from our agency to clear the balance of $144.00 or remove the unpaid collection, I told him there has to be justified reason to remove the collection process, and I email him as well.   Mr. [redacted] send an email what actions he plan to take if we failed to pay his dues. Upon looking his complaint with Revdex.com I got surprised the way he is presenting his case. I have all the evidentiary evidence before the issuance of the policy and till it get cancelled.   We treated all our customers very professionally and courteous and explain him about the facts with evidence attached.
