Based on the information in our customer service portal, the information provided by Mr*** about the issues they had with the product after initial installation are accurate. Those items were responded to, addressed and resolved. Since June, 2013, there have
been no phone calls or emails from Mr*** or the flight school utilizing the equipment regarding any problems or abbehaviours. Subsequently, for a period of 11-months, there was no contact between Mr*** or the flight school and Redbird Flight Simulcations nor was there any indication of any problems with the equipment.
After receiving this email, our support team has been in contact with Mr*** regarding issues they may be having with the equipment. At this time, it is unknown, either by Mr*** or ourselves what exact problem there may be with the equipment but based on the second hand information that Mr*** is reporting from someone at the flight school, what problems may exist would be within the primary computing system. Subsequently, we have offered to ship the computing system back to our facilities for testing. If there are any problems with the equipjment, they will be corrected before being returned to the customer
A phone call or email to our support organization would have sufficed but if customer would like to report problems through the Revdex.com, we will contact them after notification However, Redbird will not communicate back to customer in this manner and will instead, opt for direct contact via phone and/or email. Subsequently, there will be no follow up through this portal
