Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I believe they are stating that this is the second time the Revdex.com has tried to contact this businessAnd that this is the first time they are receiving itBecause I have contacted this business several times before contacting the Revdex.com to try to resolve this situation with no outcome The deposit was for the instrument course at SkyPortI was in contact with [redacted] and also tried to contact [redacted] *** [redacted] eventually stopped emailing back and [redacted] never responded to either of my emailsAttached are most of my emails to ***I can try to find them all if you would likeBut most are attachedAgain Roger never responded so attaching his emails would be useless Regards, [redacted]

Hello, You requested an email so you can reopen the complaint In the last email I received from Redbird they stated they were sending me a refund check on August 4thI have yet to receive a check from the companyIf there is anyway you can reach out the whomever you were able to contact and try to get them to resend a check out or even put it back to my credit card it was initially charged to that would be great I appreciate the business working with me and getting this resolved Also, if they are just going to resend the check I need them to send the check to a different addressThat could have been the original problemMail is hit or miss at the address I put when I originally filed the complaintIf they could please send it to: [redacted] Thanks so much for the help [redacted]

[redacted] -Check was mailed via USPS but assume based on this that you did not receive it.  If it does show up, tear it up as we put a stop payment on it.We will send another check overnight via UPS.  May not go out until tomorrow but will send a tracking number once we have it.

If it was the first time you had seen it I would suggest speaking with some of your employees. I did send names of who I talked to. More than once. I even attached emails that I exchanged with your company. I believe the Revdex.com edits the emails and takes names out. So not so much a lack of comprehension. More of a nuisance of saying the same thing over and over again. And you never asked me for a mailing address. Maybe the Revdex.com edited that out as well. I hope in the future other customers have an easier time communicating with the company. Maybe then they won't have to go through the Revdex.com.

My mistake in the prior note where I stated "we" had not seen it.   It was the first time "I" had seen it.  All I had asked for was whom he had talked to and an address to send the refund check to.  Instead, I get a rejected response.   I guess lack of comprehension was not an option for a response category.[redacted] from the Revdex.com has forwarded me the address in Anchorage, AK to mail the check to.  It will be mailed on Tuesday, August 4th.
