Red Boutique failed to ship my order which was placed 21 days ago. I used the company email and phone numbers provided and still yielded no results. On 9/11/14 at about 10:30pm I submitted order number [redacted] to Red Boutique 13 online at [redacted]. I received an email confirmation at 10:35pm, which noted my selection of the Graffiti Dress and the black and white stripped dress as the "free" dress, consistent with the promotion at that time. The total order was $48.00. The shipping instructions advised that it takes 3-5 business days for shipping. When I did receive the products I initially responded to the confirmation email; which was returned undeliverable (9/20/14). I then went on to their website and noted the correct email address. I emailed them on 9/21 and received no response. I visited their website again and got a phone number [redacted] and got in contact with [redacted] who advised that the "free dress" that I ordered was not in stock and she thought that [redacted] called to advise me of that. She indicated that she could send me a different dress instead. I agreed and [redacted] confirmed that she would mail my items on the next day. When I did not receive the items again I contacted [redacted] by phone and text and received no response. On 10/2 I asked a family member for the names of the women who run the company as they are related and in communication with them. I was provided with their names and used [redacted] messenger to contact [redacted]. She openly advertises her company on her page so I felt it appropriate to reach out to her. She made it clear that she did not want to be contacted by ** and only wanted correspondence via the company website. I tried complying with that request, but as stated previously, they did not respond. She offered no expectation for the receipt of my items but indicated she is happy to refund my money. I asked that she do so immediately. She confirmed that a refund would be processed.Desired SettlementI am asking that my [redacted] ending in [redacted] be refunded $48.00 immediately.

I purchased a dress on-line, from Red Boutique, on 9/18/14...in the amount of $37.49. I still have not received the product.I purchased a dress from Red Boutique on 9/18/14...in the amount of $37.49. I was sent an email confirmation for my order, but no shipping onfo. After a few days, I sent an email inquiring about the status pf my order being shipped...no response. Call the number provided on [redacted] page...no answer. Then,all of a sudden I was blovked off of [redacted]. Now, the website has been taken down. He/she has taken my money and seems to.have had no intentions on delivering my productDesired SettlementI would like my money back. No longer interested in supporting that business. They should have their business license taken...thats deception/theft.

I place an order 9-22-14 which I didnt received on 9-22-2014 I placed an order with Redboutique13 a white top for total amount of $28.96 I was inform 5-7 bussiness days of delivery. On 10-01-2014. I reach out to Redboutique13 Stating I havent received my item as of yet. No responds. on 10-2-14 I went back to the website to find out the site was down. Now as of today 11-13-14 Still no top and the site is back up and running.Desired SettlementI want a refund of $28.96 back to my account.

nov 12, 2014 I paid 35.66 for a dress and have not received or any return emails.Nov 12, I paid 35.66 for a dress, w/my [redacted] debt card..I received and email that my order was received.. after a few day.. I started to check on the order and the return emails didnt work... went on there site to find a contact number.. only could fell out a contact us.. did that 2x and no return nothing.. went on [redacted] and they unfriend me Desired Settlementi would like a refund & the item for the trouble.
