I paid an invoice to on 4/10/15 to purchase clothing from RedBoutiquePlus. I was informed that my order would not be shipped until the next business day which would be 4/13/15. On 4/16/15 I contacted the seller via the Direct Message feature on [redacted] for their page RedBoutiquePlusDot asking for a tracking number for the shipment. I was informed that someone would be emailing tracking numbers that day. I contacted the seller again using the same method three days later informing them that I never received an email with the tracking number and I asked if the shipping could be expedited. I never received a response. I emailed the seller at [redacted] on 4/19/15 inquiring again of the shipping status of my paid invoice #[redacted]. I never received a response. I left a post on their [redacted] page inquiring once again of the shipping status or please issue a refund on 4/21/15. Once again, no response. My final email was sent on 4/23/15 requesting a refund of $100.99 on invoice #[redacted] once I noticed that I had been blocked from the [redacted] business page and they weren't replying to my inquiries. I'm not sure if they are actually located in the [redacted] as I cannot find the store name in the directory but the seller did tell me in an earlier conversation they had a store front in North Carolina in the [redacted].Product_Or_Service: clothingOrder_Number: [redacted]Account_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI am requesting a refund of $100.99.
