quoting customer complaint Mr *** states that the water softener is proven to be working " mouths pass and my problem is still
there I call the water company and came and did a test on my waterthey told me that my water is soft and the system works but my problems of residue are still there.I call back and explain whats happening ."
he originally called and said he had spotting on his car can this be caused by hard water I said yes it could but no guaranteesthe only guarantee is that the water softener will remove the water hardness which he states in his complaint it has
I sold him a product and he admits the product is working as advertisedno more I can really doi have told him on at least occasions as he is continually harassing me about this that if he finds out what is causing the spotting so that we can find out what filter will remove ithe won't do that and hasn't done that so how can I ever help him???

1st off all that is not true I don't understand why are you saying thatMaybe your confusing me to someone's elseI call and told you about the water spots on my shower glass doors.I never mentioned nothing about a car .I explain to you that I have a lot of spots on my shower door and I can not cleanYou actually told me that I have hard waterI had no idea what hard water meansYou told me that I need a water softener which will take care of the spots on my shower door I will not get new ones any more mouths later I call I didn't harass you and told you that I still have new spots after me cleaning the doorsYou assisted to reset the softener and find out that the flotation doesn't work properlyAfter fixing that I call you again couple a months later and told you that I have same issue but the softer works and you actually were rude whit and told me to find out the problem and hang up the phone in my faceI came whit a problem at you and you sold me what you think and make money off me without asking me to find the problem for or make some test to the waterThat's not niceI wanted to fix a problem not a soft waterI have no use for it and spend a lot of money and I have same problemI would like to send it back but probably you would not take it backBut im not ok paying a lot off money for something that does not fix my problem and I have no use for

You called and said you have spotting we said could be caused by hardness as that is commonAnd no you can not borrow a water softener for months and then return it used that is the silliest thing I've heard in business yetI'd love to borrow a Ford Mustang convertible for 10months and then return for a full refund but unfortunately that is not how the real world works :)Once again so glad the test results from the city said the water softener is working and removing all of your water hardness! We are not a cleaning products company so I wish you all the best at cleaning your bathroom today and in the future spots and all!

We are so sorry to have disappointed this valuable longstanding member.  [redacted] came in on December 13th to extend a freeze to her account. For all Freezes we require a $5 per month payment with a ten day notice to the start date requested for the freeze. We accepted [redacted]’s freeze payment, but...

it was not within the 10 day period, so the monthly dues were already processed for the next month.  [redacted] is on a 15th billing cycle.  All billing is processed 3 business days in advance. The dues that were billed would have been applied to her next active billing cycle after the freeze period. We apologize for the miscommunication and we have already refunded back [redacted]’s credit card for the monthly dues that were charged ($48 + tax) plus the $15 freeze fee.   The refund that was requested would have been put through immediately, and as we tried to explain, sometimes the credit card statement takes a little while to show the refund.  We appreciate [redacted]’s longstanding membership with our company and we are truly sorry for the miscommunication.  As mentioned, we have refunded her account the monthly charge, plus tax, as well as the freeze fee, and we have placed [redacted] on freeze through March 14, 2017 as requested without a fee.  We hope this resolves the matter.   Thank you.
