To whom it may concern: I've attached a document addressing each of the three orders this customer is claiming to be owed since they were lost in post: one was refunded at their request, one was reprinted and the new order is due to arrive by the end of the week, and one that was refunded by our mistake Since the final order was fully refunded by us on accident, if the customer would like to replace this order, I'll be happy to upgrade their shipping from Standard to Express for our mistake Please see the attached documentation of summaries and transcripts of this customers interactions and requests Thank you

Let me provide some context - Redbubble is an online marketplace for artists producing original art and designs ** *** Redbubble account was deleted due to serious and repeat intellectual property infringement. Closure of a user's account is not a step that Redbubble takes lightly - it is reserved for the most serious or repeat infringing or fraudulent activity. ** *** expressly warranted to Redbubble not to upload infringing material to the Redbubble website pursuant to the Redbubble Service Agreement ** *** was in serious and repeat breach of this warranty. Redbubble was entitled, therefore, to close ** *** account pursuant to the Service Agreement. The account was closed strictly in accordance with Redbubble's Intellectual Property and Publicity Rights Policy.
Infringing material on Redbubble not only adversely affects the integrity of the Redbubble marketplace, it potentially exposes Redbubble to claims of being an accessory to the infringing activity Under the Service Agreement, ** *** indemnifies Redbubble in respect of his breach of warranty. In these circumstances, Redbubble has deemed it appropriate to withhold any funds in ** *** account until further notice. Redbubble is entitled to do so following ** *** fundamental breach of the contract terms. All content on the account was in fact created and owned by myself. Redbubble at no point provided any proof or even reason to believe that this content belong to anyone else simply because there wasn't any. Any disputes I tried to make regarding the matter were outright dismissed without any consideration. While Redbubble has the right to remove any content from their website, As I was not in any way violating the terms, Redbubble is still obligated to provide me with the final payment I am owed.Sincerely,[redacted]
