I followed up with the client two weeks ago after receiving a message in our support email boxI offered our sincere apologies for the long wait on the MAC Training book but explained that it is yet to be published due to some unexpected delays The expected
publishing date has been moved to the early new year We offered a refund or an option to receive ***'s recently published " Tips Using Office Windows 8.1" book at no charge, as well as the MAC book once it is published The client opted not to get a refund but instead to receive the FREE book as well as the MAC book once it is ready I believe the client was satisfied with the outcome despite being disappointed the MAC book was not ready We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused her
