Review: EXTREMELY poor customer service/communication performed by the employees of this motel! Motel advertises cable TV however only about 6-7 cable channels are accessible and do NOT come in clear! If they mean they only offer basic cable (which even basic cable contains more than 7 channels) then this needs to be clarified in their advertising. I arrived at this motel on Feb * 2015 with my 2 very small children and job recruiter (I came to the area on business). I paid in advance for a 3 night stay and my job recruiter inquired about extended stay which she made clear I needed a room up until May. The gentleman running the desk that day said extended stay was possible either by booking through a travel site or paying at the desk. He said if I paid at the desk they would charge 90 a night the only condition was I may have to switch room to room. That was not an issue with me as long as I had a secured extended stay. When my 3 night stay was up I was allowed to pay for only another 3 more nights. I was informed by a different desk manager that the motel does NOT grant extended stays and they were NOT going to charge me 90 a night! By [redacted] I had to check out of the motel because due to prior bookings they could not accommodate me and my children! 2 of my last 3 nights were booked through [redacted]. My last night there I paid for at the desk and was charged 130 as opposed to 90. Unfortunately due to this mix up I was unable to continue with my job in the area because I could not find another motel that could accommodate an extended stay (at least the other motels I inquired at were HONEST) and it'd be too much to keep switching motels with 2 toddlers.Desired Settlement: I would like a partial refund for the problems this motel caused me the wk I was in town. I understand this occurring is very slim but it's unfair to a single mom of 2 toddlers trying to make an honest living to deal with motel staff who run their business very poorly. I spent around 550 staying at this motel from Feb * 2015-Feb ** 2015. I am requesting a 260 refund-220 for a 1 night stay at [redacted] that I should not have had to do and 40 for the diff of being charged 130 as opposed to 90.

Review: I made reservations for this hotel through EXPEDIA, to stay from 6/**/2014, till 6/**/2014, upon arrival late in the evening, I was given a room# [redacted], in the basement, which I found very odd. After a few minutes of occupancy,due to it's unaccomodating, and filthy condition,it was changed to room# [redacted], also in the basement, again this next room proved to be no better than the first ([redacted])with many unpleasant, and uncomfortable conditions(described in my complaint letter to the Revdex.com, directed to EXPEDIA,case# [redacted])I accepted room [redacted] cause it was too late to look for another hotel,besides I was tired from the trip, but I told the person at the desk,that I would be checking out early next morning. Thursday june [redacted].2014,around 9:15am, I informed the person at the front desk(a different one than the one there when I checked in)that I wanted to check out, and that I needed a receipt as proof, he said the hotel could not give me any refunds, cause I did not booked directly with the hotel, that I had to talk to EXPEDIA about any refunds. This person was very rude. After much request from me about a receipt, he got up from his seat,walked over to the printer,proceeded to take out a sheet of paper, and scribbled a quick note stating my request, and signed it with the name "[redacted]"and handed it to me along with the hotels business card. Expedia made attempts to talk to the [redacted], but were told the [redacted]. was unavailable. I got back home on 6/**/2014, I called Expedia, and I was told they still were unable to talk to the hotel [redacted].I called again on 6/**/2014, and this time I was told they would have news for me within 48,to 72 hrs. on 7/*/2014 I attempted to call EXPEDIA, and no one took my calls. EXPEDIA, and the hotel,are being evasive in resolving this matter.Desired Settlement: Do to all the anguish suffered with this ordeal, I request FULL refund, on the ground the hotel was negligent in producing a clean and safe environment.
