First off, Leslie is very rudeShe gets off on being ugly to people over the phoneSecond, Universal Systems turned my account over to be garnished after I missed one payment because I thought my payments were set up to be taken out automaticallyThey never contacted me about their decisionWhen I inquired about this, they said they called me twiceThey phone number that they were calling was a phone number that wasn't even mineI had told them on numerous occasions, speaking to both Leslie & Donna before on separate occasions months before this incident, that the phone number they had for me was wrong and gave them my correct phone numberApparently, they never put in my correct phone number in their systemOnce I told them about their error, they said there was nothing they could doThey offered to finally change my phone number in their system after they had decided to garnish my wagesHow convenient for themThey have poor communication and they don't listen to your concernsThey do everything in their power to trap you and make your life miserableI understand you have a job, but you can at least be decent people
