Absolutely terrible
I had a pallet with transmission and torque converter picked up in CA on 2/15/23. The pallet made it from San Diego to Pico Rivera CA in one day. The destination is Portland OR. The pallet has not moved from the Pico Rivera terminal since 2/16/23. I have called 3 times and was told by customer service that it would be delivered in 2 days. Every two days I check progress and it always says two more days. Today is 4/5/23 and my pallet is still sitting at Pico Rivera. Customer service has no clue what is going on. All they do is look at a computer to see an updated delivery date and tell me that's what it says. I need a competent person to actually find my package. It's been almost 2 months. If it sits aby longer I'm going to loose $600 and I'm going to be even more upset than I am now. Something needs to happen quick. Find my pallet and deliver it or pay me what I will loose. This is unacceptable and I will never be able to recommend this incompetent company

Just an update. Today is 6/23/23 and it still has not moved and I can still not get an answer to what is going on or a call back from a manager. Absolutely terrible. I do not know how they stay in buainess

We apologize for the issues that occurred with the delivery of your work table The complaint was investigated and as stated in the complaint, there was incorrect information provided to Mr [redacted] from the original delivery appointment time and the incorrect information that shipment had been delivered when it had not These issues have been elevated to the Terminal Manager and Division Vice President in order to avoid this from happening in the future.Over the past weekend it was confirmed that Mr [redacted] table was located and Mr [redacted] was contacted Arrangements were made to delivery the table on Tuesday, September 1, The table has been delivered without further exceptions We sincerely apologize as this is not the way Reddaway operates

To Whom It May Concern: We apologize for the problems that occurred causing you to file a complaint against Reddaway Your account has been pulled back from collections during the investigation of what transpired on both shipments At this time I have reviewed the shipments and offer: Pro [redacted] : This particular consignee, [redacted] .Com, does not allow the carrier to be present during delivery It can take months for the carrier to receive their delivery receipts back The delivery receipt on this shipment showing that freight was delivered in full to [redacted] .Com has been received and a copy of it is attached for your review The amount owed to Reddaway is $Pro [redacted] : This shipment was given to [redacted] for delivery to [redacted] .Com in Coppell, TX [redacted] had scheduled a delivery appointment for December 17, at 9:AM The carrier arrived at 8:AM and was held at [redacted] .Com for unloading of freight until 11:AM When the consignee delays the carrier’s equipment for unloaded, additional charges are incurred The additional charge is for detention A description of this item is in Reddaway Special Services item A copy is attached for your review The carrier would not know the consignee is going to keep them at their location for an additional length of time so it is not possible to quote this when the shipment originates In order to bring this to resolve, I am willing to reduce the detention charge by 50% The new freight charges would be $

freight charges that were currently billed to them have been cancelled and no money is due from *** *** for this shipment. I truly appreciate your help to resolve the issues with USF Reddaway.
I read the message from them, but I have 2 choices only for response which are "Accept Business Response" or "Reject Business Response." They reduced the invoiced amount, but I need the corrected invoice for PRO#[redacted].
Is there any way you or I can request through your email portal?
