Mrs*** I am sorry you feel this way I really tried to work it out and you did agree to the $refund I gave that to youI understood your frustration and I sent another tech out to take care of it for youThere is nothing else I can do in this situation except to apologize for how you feel about Reddi Services

customer called in for a leaking faucet went to customer's house quoted price scheduled for the next day which would be March 21stCustomer had their own parts handled tub and shower valve we installed it, mind you we do not warranty customer supplied partsA couple day's later customer called
in and stated it was leaking so I sent another tech out to take care of itWe had to replace another part which we did at no extra charge to the customerCustomer called back had another issue water pressure to much sent tech back out no charge again we were going to order another part (not customer supplied and replace no charge to customer) customer called in and cancelledI called her and spoke to her apologized told her that is why we do not warranty customer supplied parts we do not know where tey came from and not always in the best of shapeCustomer was very upset we agreed to a $credit which I immediately credited to her card all was fine so I thoughtI then get a letter from the credit card company that she reversed the charges so we collected nothing at this time I did call customer and I asked her why she had done that and she said because she was not happy I said ok thank you and ended the call I did dispute this with the credit card company and they did give us back the money so the ori***l bill was for $I agreed to give her back the $which I didCustomer paid $for us making trips and giving her free parts to try and make the situation rightI do not feel Reddi Service's has done anything wrong this was an unreasonable customer that their was no pleasingI am sorry that it turned out this way but I would have worked with her until she was totally satisfied but it became apparent that there was nothing I could do to make thing's right

AFTER READING MRS. [redacted]S LETTER WE FEEL THE FAIREST WAY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM IS TO REFUND THE $99.00 SERVICE CHARGE.    AN ADJUSTMENT WILL BE WRITEN TODAY TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.  THANK YOU.
