I found G&B Collision, in Brooklyn, New York, to be very unprofessional and unethicalWhen expressing my concerns to their staff, two of their members spoke over me or became defensiveWhen the repair to my wheel well fell apart five days after it had been completed, I explained to the manager that this, in combination with other interactions at his organization, left me extremely dissatisfiedHe offered to repair some scratched paint on my car door at no charge as a sign of good faithI accepted gratefullyWhen I arrived at the shop for the repair, he said that he had "changed his mind" and would no longer make the repairHe broke our verbal agreementI find this dishonorable, dishonest, and disgracefulG & B Collision does not operate with integrityBeware to all who encounter this repair shop
