July 17, 2017Pet Palace Incsold a female Siberian Husky puppy to *** *** on 6-3-2017.On 6-16-*** *** contacted Pet Palace, Incand explained her situation.A return call was made and *** *** was totally frustrated with her situation, which I can fully
understand.Suggestions were offered and *** didn't want to hear them.Her rights and options under Pennsylvania Law were explained, and *** didn't want to hear them*** already made up her mind, and wanted to do nothing more, and wanted her situation solved immediately, which again, I can fully understand.*** did not purchase a piece of merchandise, she purchased a live puppy.Our store policy and Pennsylvania Law is no return on a puppy other than health reasons.*** was very much aware of this policy and Pennsylvania Law by signing all sales agreements.When we sell a puppy, we don't leave any stones unturned, verbally or in writingIt is clearly stated in the Pennsylvania Day Health Guarantee, about the return of a puppy.After this period of time, we don't know what this puppy's health was exposed to, how this puppy was treated physically and mentally.Once the puppy leaves our control, there is no return on a live puppyThe only way we can help someone in her type of situation is if they contact us within one or two days after purchase, and there may still be no return.*** contacted us on 6-16, days after purchase.*** made the choice to purchase this puppy, and has the responsibility of keeping this puppy and getting help to train this puppy, or selling or giving this puppy away to a good loving home.I am very sorry that it didn't work out for ***, but it is her responsibility, not Pet Palace, Inc.To the best of my knowledge and belief everything stated in this response is factual.Randall B, President
