Reddy Ice

I went to the gas station in Lumberton, Nc to purchase some Ice for me and my girlfriends we wanted to sit by the pool side and have a cookout. As I went to go get my ice a young gentleman walked up and ask did I need some assistance and I said please.
His name is Zyquise and he had a bright smile on his face and assisted me and friends on this hot day! He was so very sweet as well we need more people that are willing to help others like him! he needs a raise !

I am a small business owner in Colorado springs with a Reddy Ice freezer. reddy ice apparently "is low on freezers and needs all they can get". In the process of collecting thier freezers, they informed me I have 24 hours before they take my businesses freezer. I had to be the one to ask what it would take to keep the freezer and after multiple people call me, none aware of the others calls with a glaringly obvious lack of communication among them, they told me I had to purchase the ice for .50cents MoRE than I currently do and 600lbs a week. If there is a change in policy, there should be a notice. A two week notice, a 30 day notice....not rude customer service, unproffesional attitudes and 24 hours notice. I know a number of small business owners in town and a few of them have Reddy Ice service. I am 100% sure they will discontinue service as they catch wind of how unprofessional and disrespectful this company has been to me, and others.
