We sell all vehicles as is! It is the buyers responsibility to check the vehicle to ensure that they are happy with it and that it has everything they expect it to have in itGuy flew in from Florida and drove his Boxster back home he loaded up his luggage and checked the vehicle out from top to
bottom before he leftHe has since continued to go on *** and call us Chicago Car Crooks as many times as he can, over and over againI can understand being upset if your vehicle had a bad title or serious mechanical issues but it is fineZero complaints about the car at all except for floor mats way after he purchased the vehicleThere is a reason all sales are final and vehicles are sold as is we never know what goes on with a vehicle after it leaves our lot, example Guy takes his car to a car wash they take the floor mats out to vacuum never put them back in then he blames a dealership that is 3,miles away for itI feel like he got a great deal on a low mile Boxster a deal so great he traveled thousands of miles to purchase itIf he had to purchase new floor mats that's what he had to do, the car is years old it was probably due for them anywaysMy social media manger brought this to my attention and I was ready to send him the $he requested but then I saw who he has spent his days trash talking us consistently on the internet which I am sure has cost us way more than $in businessSo in conclusion I am giving him nothing all sales are final, he inspected the vehicle, he took possession of it without mentioning floor mats and is now months later complaining about it. Not cool guy...not cool!

I am rejecting this response because: I tried doing it the nice way. I came in not even 24 hours later not wanting the car. If you guys were so confident you'd be able to resell the car. I did call about the body kit, and I was told it was basically my fault that redefined auto sales does not know what I did to have messed it up, which was nothing. You guys GLUED the kit back on. YOU GLUED IT! That's absolutely TERRIBLE service. The value of the car went down even more. You put a drywall screw in the front. Extremely unprofessional! I was warning my friends to warn their friends to not go to your dealership, and experience what I had to. Then I found out you guys did this before as Chicago Car Guys. You just switched names. Always been sketchy. I don't want anyone to ever go through that. And the Amplifier was not new at all! It was a trashy used uncleared part that was scratched up and looks like it was in very bad shape. When I asked for one parts I was told no. You sold a trash car. Be an adult and live up to it. I am a teenage student. I did NOTHING illegal. Reviews are opinions I shared my experience with my friends what they did is not my fault. They have free will to do what they want.

I beleive that [redacted] and I have resolved this situation. I am very appreciative that he took the time to listen to me and help me come up with a resolution to our problem. He is a very caring man and a intelligent business owner. As much as the Revdex.com helps us resolve issues the best way to resolve them is person to person which is what we did today. Thank you [redacted] I feel like I made a new friend today and I value your advice which I took to heart. If anyone is thinking about using X-Mark for advertising I can truly say that the man running it is the last of the [redacted] when it comes to a true business man. I must speak on behalf of my entire staff who was rewarded an A+ grade with the Revdex.com of Northern Illinois. Selling hundreds of satisfied customers, every once in a while you come across...

a nice, pleasant individual who purchased a [redacted] X5 from us and was so happy, she could not thank us enough. After she took delivery of the vehicle, some mechanical issues occurred, which at this stage of our response I will let our Senior Technician describe in detail:After 30+ days of ownership, Margaret brought her car to us because it was leaking break fluid. After spending nearly $1,000 on a new master cylinder and break booster, the vehicle was returned to her. Although our policy is AS-IS, we still reached in our pockets to fix her vehicle. We wished she'd understand that a 12 year-old [redacted] needs service and maintenance. We are NOT a [redacted] Dealership or Service Center that is able to address her vehicle's future needs. That being said, this past Friday afternoon on February 12th, 2016, she brought the vehicle back to us with two separate options we felt were fair. Keep in mind, she owns this vehicle; the transaction was complete in December of 2015. She has extremely blemished credit, which limited our options, she has no additional money down, which also limited our options, and she did not want a higher payment, which limited a trade option. Due to our store hours coming to an end, I recommend she call Monday, February 15th, 2016,  to set up an appointment to address her issues with our service department. I might also add that she canceled three other appointments during the week and gave us no opportunity to address her options until Friday, February 15th, 2016. To my dismay on Saturday, February 13th, 2016, I received the email regarding Margaret's complaint from your office.In addition, Margaret purchased a Pre-Owned vehicle with the understanding that the vehicle was to be taken delivery AS-IS AND SHOWN. That being said, we made every attempt to be fair, honest, and compassionate to her needs. As I mentioned in the opening of this response, Chicago Car Guys received an A+ with the Revdex.com. We wanted to reach out and go over and above our normal AS-IS AND SHOWN service, but our attempt at providing her exceptional service was ignored. In my four decades of managing automobile dealerships in Northern Illinois, I have never had to reach out to the Revdex.com for guidance. What repair shop is it at? Are they qualified to work on a v8 BMW engine? Do they have BMW diagnostic equipment? Very important when you buy a foreign you cannot just take it to anyone!

Your story keeps getting crazier and crazier [redacted] Stop harassing us we don't have your car, it's your car! We don't take vehicles back after the fact we have a no return policy. Stop trying to negate responsibility. Have your attorney call us and stop slandering us. I wish there was a better client bureau so I could report you for being a mentally unstable.

Hello, I am new to the company and doing my absolute best to resolve this for you. I agree it should have been resolved 3 months ago however sometimes people try to take advantages of a business or vice versa so I have to double check everything before I can refund you the money. As I told you one the phone if the money is owed to you I will make sure that you get your refund.

Hello [redacted] your title came back to us in the mail, why don't you come in with the $300 you have owed us and pick it up. If it gets lost in the mail it is next to impossible to get another one, we would have to track down the original owner have them sign another title application form and then...

wait a month for a duplicate to be processed. We can overnight it to you but will require payment for that and will not accept responsibility if it gets lost. The best thing to do is come in and pick it up I know it's a 45 min drive but then you have it in hand and you can also settle up your debt at the same time win win for both of us, we will give your car a complimentary car wash for your troubles.

compiling a case against her. The amount of slander that we have received is illegal and unbelievable. She can expect a call or subpoena from our corporate attorney. We will no longer correspond with this client, any further correspondence will be from our attorney. He is also in the process of filing a order of protection against this client as we fear that their next move might be property or vehicle damage. This client purchased a 15 year old high mile vehicle. We accommodated all of her requests for repairs she did not purchase a new vehicle, we are not going to make her vehicle new for her, we repaired the items that she requested repaired.

Hello, I will look into this today. We are not a Bmw dealer nor a Bmw service center. All of our cars are sold as is. A lot happens in 2 weeks. I will talk to the staff today and see what is going on.

I have picture messages that your friend sent me of you going on [redacted] telling everyone you know to ruin my business I saved them if you were nice we would have helped you further but you were aggressive towards us the entire time sincebthe moment you purchased the vehicle you work at a new car dealer ask them to help you after what you did to us we are not going to help you further. You purchased a 15 year old vehicle it is not going to be new or perfect but it was a nice car for the money I am sure one of your friends at work can help you get it to your highest standards next time ask for help instead of asking your entire network of friends to slander my business

I am rejecting this response because: They have not held their end of the deal. they said the bodyshop put pro bodykit clips in to hold the bumper in place. In reality they put in drywall screws and glued the back bumper on. there were absolutely no rivets, clips anywhere. They also said they preformed a full inspection on the car and found nothing wrong. which was an absolute lie. Come one, there was a different tire on each wheel and the car needed an alignment because they were worn. on top of that with many more issues. I later found the license plate light was out, highly illegal. The reviews my friends left were their public opinions about my situation. They did not say they bought a car there, they were mad about me being taken advantage of. for a 15 year old car with highmiles for the price I paid I expect more out of it. If it had these issues the price should have been dropped. I still have not gotten my amplifier they owe me on signed documents. It should have been in a week before. leaving reviews is a public thing. It is not against the law. They blocked me from giving my own review and laughed at me, the owner lied about being a manager. I was taken advantage of and because of this business, I feared bringing the car back there for them to install the amplifier because I do not trust them. THEY BROUGHT THE VALUE OF THE CAR DOWN EVEN MORE. After the "body shop" the car was left worse than before. I do not believe they examined the car. It has over 4 thousand worth in damage/repairs/maintenance. They lied and said it was well maintained, but the car was not. NO ONE DESERVES THIS TO HAPPEN TO THEM. I have never ever been treated so terribly, nor do I ever make a big deal about it. But this place has already had a name change and location changed most likely due to their unsatisfying terrible business. The car world is not for them, they do not know how to do their job and to make sure the customer is satisfied. If people are allowed to leave good reviews, I and who ever else is allowed to leave bad unsatisfied ones as well. I just told others about my experience and I warned the company I will be taking legal action. For them to say they're scared of me? A 19 year old girl who is smaller than everyone in that building? that I could cause damage. The car may be the issue but I'd never take my anger out on a car. A person breaks things, the car does not break itself. I want this place shut down, or my down payment back and Of course I demand my amplifier. I am not the one in the wrong here, and for them to believe the blame is only on me shows terrible awful business tactics that shouldn't be around.

This should have been resolved 3 months ago... and im sorry im still mad and upset but all I hear is "we are looking into it... or... let us check our records"... and this goes no where... I mean, I want to believe you'll "look into it" but it has been 3 months almost 4. How is it it takes seconds to take someones money but so many loop holes to get it back. And why do I have to keep contacting you guys for an update... if it got this far... and it was my company... I would be checking in every day to update and follow up... (but then again I would of probably solved the issue in the first three days)
