Review: My complaint is I purchased fitness equipment from the owner [redacted] ofRedefining Fitness Products in April 2013, In June I did receive some of the equipment some was damaged. Their contract says after receiving the money the product will shipped within 4 weeks it took 3 months to receive part of our order we still haven't received our ellipticals & parts for damaged equipment, a cost of approx. $4700, No one will answer emails or answers the phone. I think after 6 months it is time to file a complaint.Desired Settlement: Send me my equipment and parts

We paid for a certain amount of equipment and was given less than what we paid for. The company owes us about $7,500 and they refuse to pay us. We tried contacting the person we were working with, [redacted], and he never answers his phone or returns our messages. We are in process of filing a claim because of the way they work. Their work and products are lousy. The product constantly need repair and even though they are under warranty the company has never answer our calls to come and fix them. We will never work with them again and advise people to be careful when dealing with this company.
