Bought a car from this place and they have been VERY HARD TO WORK WITH.
First, got a car with a key that did not work for the doors which forced the car into anti theft lock mode and had to go get her own key at the Chevy dealership made. I live in Indianapolis and the owner became angry because I would not bring the key for her to copy it when she could have easily just went and got one made at chevy dealership like I did. Ever since she has been having issues with the owner.
The owner is VERY RUDE. The car dealership does not disclose information on their vehicles like they are suppose to. I now has car that was only suppose to need an alignment however is going to be $1000-$1500 to fix , has a salvaged title and has been told the car is unsafe for her to drive and they WILL NOT work with me to trade so I’m forced to take it to court
I will not be sending anyone here to do business until they get a new owner that know how to communicate with their customers and professional
I bought a 2008 Hyundai from *** at the beginning of the year. I bought the car for 2,500 which I still have not received my contract I signed with date of purchase payments which I pay 200 monthly have not received any receipts which I have asked multiple times and receive no answer I am wanting to pay this car off. My mom bought a car from her also which I dont want to file on her behalf. I've also bought a 95 caddilc from her which I payed off and never had any problems with communication.
We have been in contact with *** since the beginning. We have left multiple receipts in the mail box for him to pick up. He is upset that he owes more then he expected. He got the vehicle on February 27, 2019. He put $350 down. He is suppose to pay $100 bi-weekly, Due on Friday. He has been fairly consent on payments, however has missed a payment, along with being short on two payments. We have been very fair with ***, not charging any late fees nor taking his vehicle. Total price on the vehicle is $2900 plus sales tax. He has only paid $1,325. Therefore, he owes $1,778.

I was buying a 2001 pt cruser from redelmans wheels on deals and I was totally current on my payments, on 10/21/2017, on 10/21/2017. redelmans took my latest payment off my debit card n then came to my home and repossed the car, when I came home and seen this, I called redelmans and inquired as to why they took my latest psayment and then repossed the car and redelmans told me it was becaused I did not provide them with insurance and when redelmans repossed the car, they did not provide me with any time to remove personal contents with it valued at approxmately 1500 dollars, I informed redelmans that I was current on my payments and even tho I did not provide them with insurance info, they had no right to repossed the car, and informed them that I wanted a refund on all money I have put toward the pt curser, redelmans refused to return the car or my money, if at all possible, I would like for redelmans to refund the 950 dollars I have paided toward to pt cruser and reimburstment of 1500 dollars for the personal contents that was in the car, my name is *** and I can be reached at ***, thank you for your time
Mr. signed a lease agreement on June 17, 2017 (exibit A and B) to buy 2001 Chrysler Pt Cruiser on a payment plan from Redelman’s Deals on Wheels LLC. The lease agreement states payments due on Fridays and full coverage insurance must be kept on car until paid off. I received a cancellation notice from *** Insurance on September 14, 2017 (exibit C). I messaged Mr. many times about insurance coverage issue. I charged Mr.’s Debit card on Fridays like normal. I did my routine insurance checks on Saturday. Mr. did not reinstate his policy. We had no choice to tow the vehicle on October 21, 2017. It is illegal to drive any vehicle on the roadway without insurance coverage also violates our lease agreement. There are some damage to the driver front fender and Front driver tire. Repairs will be $358.
At the time, Mr. could of gotten the vehicle back if he would of provided proof of insurance or got a new insurance policy the next day.
Mr. can pick up all his personal belongings at 1038 N. Lincoln st. Greensburg, IN. Call 812-716-0451 to set a pick-up time. I will hold the belongings for 30 days.
