Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Redfields had my truck for over 2-1/months the first time, which they did pay for rental during that periodI feel that should have been on them considering it took over a month just to get an estimateThe second time they had it another weeks fixing problems that should have been fixed the first timeWhen they took it to *** they over heated my truck and now engine light was on as wellThey only paid for a few days of rental for that time periodNot really sure why I have to pay when it was their negligence and or poor quality of repairsI then had to bring it back a third timeThis time Mrredfield spoke to me personally and said it would not be an issue "he would take care of it"Unfortunately now I'm out a lot of time and moneyNot to mention they sub out the front end repairs and I had to take it to the third party myself, resulting in more time and money lossWhen I got it back the third time I drove it off the lot and had to turn around and go back due to my front passenger side tire so loose it was falling off, whuch damaged my wheel and they never reolacedIf redfields would have dealt with my vehicle promptly none of this would be an issueAlso I had to pay another shop to fix my front end from shaking terribly while driving....almost $it's just ridiculous that I had to deal with them for nearly months, pay tons of money, and still was not fixed properlyI will take my loss of money for time loss at work, but not rental fees that was charged to me due to them doing terrible workmanship [redacted] had already paid them so they could not do anything except issue a mark against them and said if they get too many they will no longer use them Sincerely, [redacted]

Having reviewed the complaint and all of our internal documents related to this claim, I recognize no fault in my companies' with servcie to Mr. [redacted] and his 2011 GMC Sierra K3500.  I have by way of a recorded conversation (somewhat vulgar) and notes of documentation with concerns for Mr....

[redacted] that we had gone above and beyond to accomodate and go over all his concerns.  In review we have paid for his rental twice at the cost of $1059.64 with a total of 32 days and anytime it was brought back it had been addressed.  There are notes showing the dates, times and who had spoken with him.  [redacted] can also confirm or attempts to satisfy him.All concerns regarding my companies' repairs were addressed with Mr. [redacted], in a timely and professional manner.  My personal mobile number is promoted on most of my advertising and readily available to all of my customers.  I have personally spoken with Mr. [redacted] several times regarding his concerns.I have owned and operated this business for 41 years and the fact that my organization currently holds an A+ rating with the Revdex.com is testimony to our quality repairs and excellent customer service.  It is unfortunate that we were unable to satisfy Mr. [redacted]'s concerns, however, I feel that my staff and I have responded to all  his issues.
