Regarding Complaint ID ***, MrR*** left a message on my wife's phone which she only understood him to say that he had received a letter from the Revdex.com and that he had been busy, everything else was static. We do not wish to speak to MrR***. All we
want is for him to give us the receipt and warranty to the heat pump we paid for.

Review: HVAC contractor did excellent work installing my new heating/air conditioning unit. I even understand that he "has been very busy". My only problem is I am unable to get official bill of sale for unit and work done. I am unable to get warranty information or proof of purchase which is needed for registration of unit and warranty. I was able to get a handwritten receipt from wife when I turned over the check to her. I don't normally pay without getting a receipt but he sent his wife to get the check from me, and since everything had run so smoothly, I thought I would get my paperwork right away. It has been over a month now with promise that paperwork is on the way, but I have received nothing via e-mail or regular postal mail. I can't even get him to contact the warranty company so that I could possibly get my $500 deductible back.Desired Settlement: I would like proper receipt, bill of sale, all paperwork that came with heating/air conditioning unit mailed or e-mailed to me so that I can register this unit for warranty coverage. I would also like him to call home warranty company for my possible $500 deductible reimbursement because they won't consider reimbursement until they hear from him.
