The RAM Asphalt company is not addressing what the complaint is aboutFrom his response it seems that there was discussion between us that there is going to be potential problems with water collecting, BEFORE his company did the driveway. THIS IS NOT THE CASE, I will reiterate again; it is my husband who stressed with the owner that the pitch has to be just right and much dirt has to be removed before the driveway installation in order for water to drain properly and we were ASSURED by the owner that he knows his business and for us not to worry.As it turned out, the owner did not live to his promised work that everything will be OKIt is not small water puddling as he is making it seem;it is water not having anywhere to go but INTO our brand new garage due to faulty installation.I explained already in the original letter that we were offered nothing for free from the companyWe were offered to split the cost of the dry well with the company...it is a cost of dollars something that absolutely we could not do given that we already paid so much money for the driveway.It seems that the company owner does not keep his word and his promises to his customers making them feel that it is somehow their fault that the work he did is not up to decent standards.
