Redhead Equipment

Purchased a used [redacted] earth trencher on line from Redhead Equipment. I was told it was in good working condition(as per the emails from the salesman). After receiving the equipment via the shipping company they selected I noticed many problems with this equipment. 1st-front tire assembly completely bent causing front tire to rub and wear a rip in tire and does not hold air for very long. 2nd- rear tires very cracked and need replacing. 3rd- broken exhaust manifold off motor with stud broken off in aluminum head, motor will have to be disassembled to take to machine shop for repairs....if it can be repaired at all.....might have to replace motor head and would require a new exhaust assembly. 4th- gear box was completely dry of any oil and would have caused failure if I had not checked it. 5th- Hydraulic fluid was almost empty and unit would not drive. I understand that this piece of equipment was used and I purchased it on the understanding that it was in good working condition as per the salesman I dealt with. This piece of equipment was not in good working condition as was stated by the salesman, and could not be used until these repairs are complete!!![redacted]Desired SettlementWould like to be refunded for the cost of parts and labor involved to make this equipment in good working condition as stated by the salesman I dealt with when purchasing this equipment.
