This is a walk-in clinic. When I arrived, they were going to lunch. I said, "[redacted], ok but I'm in pain. Can you fit me in first?" The receptionist then lied to the nurse practitioner telling her I was yelling at her and curing her. I never raised my voice. They refused to provide medical treatment. Guess their lunch time is more sacred that patient care. Seems someone working around sick people could handle hearing the word [redacted]. Guess not.
