Mr*** *** contracted the office that he switched to natural gasAfter the tank was picked up he asked to have the funds on his account sent back to him.He was told that because some of his funds were money sent to Redigas by Energy Assistance we could not release the fund

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The response from Redigas is not true. They admitted their mistake, yet never offered any apology. Rather, they told me it was "my problem to deal with". The office manager was rude and had the "don't care" attitude. The president of Redigas never called me back, even though he assured me he would look into the matter and would call me back. In fact, no one called me back. Redigas had the correct amounts on their computer system, yet sent the wrong amounts out. Clearly their mistake, which they admit now, but still have not offered any apology or call back. I stand by my comments that they do not care about customer service.

He needs to contact We Energies to request the refund they will not give it to us.

Review: After being a Redigas customer for about 7.5 years, my neighborhood was recently converted to natural gas by WE Energies. I have never missed a payment to Redigas over that time period. When I called to have the money on my account (over $1,100 from pre-buy money that was never used) sent back to me, they assured me it would be done. Some (smaller amount) of the money was to be sent directly to WE Energies because it came from Energy Assistance and the bulk of the money was to be sent to me because this was my money that was on account. After about a week I received a check for the wrong amount. I called to find out what happened and the response I got from the office manager was, "We already sent the checks out, you will have to deal with it". There was no admission of a mistake by Redigas, no apology, and no attempt to correct the problem. I asked to speak to the President of Redigas and he assured me he would look into it and would get back to me. He never got back to me.

My impression of the customer service at Redigas is that they don't care about the customer. Even when the issue was completely their mistake, they would not even admit it or attempt to correct it. In fact, they told me it's my problem now. Yes, it's my problem that you sent my money to the wrong place.

This was my money that was held on account at Redigas and they sent it to the wrong people, and now they say it's my problem. I am not surprised that the President of Redigas did not get back to me, because I could tell on the phone that he simply didn't care.Desired Settlement: An explanation, an admission of their mistake, and apology from Redigas. That's all it would have taken in the first place, but Redigas has a Don't Care attitude about their customers.
