Hello, first we apologize for the inconvenience that has faced ***. We have attempted to call and been unable to reach him. We have a hour days a week line to call in for scheduling or even a visit over the phone with a provider to get a prescription refilled, he can always
call *** and we can take care of him right away. Also, there is no contracts with providers, we are an open network, meaning he does not need a card to see a provider. He would call the *** number and we would take care of scheduling him at the office he would like to see, including speaking with the office to ensure visit is paid for. Again call the number and we are happy to take care of him
This message from the business is not acceptable. They tried to call me twice within a few hours one day while I was at work after my complaint with Revdex.com was filed. I could not answer my phone while working so called them back after work. It still did not answer why they did not respond to my emails and voicemails until contact from Revdex.com, basically 10 days from my first message. I left multiple emails and the voicemails claimed they would call back asap but that did not happen. My employer has since decided to break ties with Redirect Health due to so many complaints by other employees and we will have new coverage through another starting April 1st. I feel if they would work on making sure new members are given better info and contact by customer service right from the start they may have better retention. I am thankful that starting next month we will be with a new company and hope they learn from issues like these, thank you.
