Regarding the partials for *** ***, ptwas told from the begging that the partial are prosthesis and would have some time getting use to themDr*** also did mention to patient that it would be problem with gag reflexIt was never
discussed that patient would have to wear glue to keep them inpatient has severe periodontist and had several teeth extracted like Dr*** also recommended patient to think about implants from the very beginning of her treatment plan due to patient stating she is a gaggerPatient couldn't afford implants and this Is why she chooses partialsShe had her partials delivered on 03/05/*** came into our office on 03/10/and 03/16/for follow up and some slight adjustment*** never called our office to state she wasn't happy or to make appointment to see Dr.*** for her concerns regarding partialsDrkagan office has attempted to call patient since complaint, to bring her in and see if we can do reline to partials so they would fit better, the protocol after partials are given is to have reline done to them like mosafter wearing them due bone shrinkingDr*** fells that if she can't do everything in her power to make partials fit better she then will give patient refund, but shed like opportunity to try before we give her refund since our office had no idea or her complaint

Dr.*** had told my mom (***)as I was there that she would have no problem with the partialsWhy would we pay 2,for teeth partials that she is not able to eat with? If she had told us that she would be "gagging" with them because of her so called "gag reflex" then we would not pay money for themWhy would Dr*** suggest implants? Is it because she thinks the partials would never work and have patients pay a lot of money for things they cannot use? My mom saw this Doctor over times for teeth partial adjustments and was told by this doctor to put glue to keep them sticking even though she knew the patient had a "gag reflex?" The issue is that my mom did everything she needed to do as a patient and this doctor told her that there is nothing she can do for her after the last adjustments and that's when she told her to just use glueDr*** was fully aware of my mom's medical history and her severe perio disease and still continued to have us pay for partials she knew she would not be able to eat withThe issue is that she told her she could not do anything more for her and refused a refund when I asked her why did we pay all this money for something she could not eat with? If she wanted to give us a refund then why hasn't she? It's been over a year and no refund has been issued
