I signed up for this service and after trying it for a while, I decided to cancel my subscription. Mainly because their system is very faulty and the website (not my computer) kept crashing. I tried different links and got an error message every time. So I cancelled my subscription. The company continued to bill me. I sent them an email telling them to stop and they did not, claiming I never cancelled my account. Each time I tried to cancel again the system crashed. Finally I called and got an answering machine, no one to this day has returned my call. Also, they slowly moved the payment date up each month. At first I was billed at the end of the month, then they took out money around the 20th of the month, then after receiving several complaints from me saying I wanted to cancel my account, they debited my account in the middle of the month. This company is a total rip off and they make impossible for you to cancel your account until they've taken all the money they want from you. Don't do it.Desired Settlement$29.99 for one month of service I had already cancelled. Business Response We have no record of contact from the user prior to the date of billing, which included an email and a telephone call without a voicemail, at which point it was too late to cancel the subscription for the next month. If the user is able to provide us with anything showing that they attempted to cancel prior to the date of biling we are more than willing to refund the requested amount.

I was suspended on Utherverse after I quoted a controversial statement by a news caster over a year ago. It was a quote that I referenced and not said, but their opinion was that it was homophobic and I received a permanent ban for that. I worked with World operations, a group that gives no personal names and I got my account back. I was good for 3 months, after the incident, but was banned again after I got in a fight with a friend on the online forum and who knows what she said, but I was banned again and rather than starting the probationary period from the time the infraction happened they rated it from when the ban was lifted. And banned me prejudicially and have been prejudiced against me for a long period of time. I been banned for over a year now, and they still will not give me my account back or reinstate my account and say I have been posting in multiple accounts when that is a false statement. They banned my friend who lives in Oregon too. Anyone that has been closely associated with that group is now banned. I joke at people and say if they go on there as [redacted] they will get banned right away and its very true! If you do it, they will ban you too for little reason other than not being a regular on there. I have shown this to people time and time again. They are very prejudicial against me or anyone resembling my character. You should try it. I am telling you! They banned my account after I spent hundreds of dollars on products form there, when they banned me I had service left and money in the bank. This has cost me a lot of money! And I entered their because their claim is I can freely express myself and nature. It was named after the red light district of Amsterdam, where there are no rules or laws. I feel they should advertise themselves honestly and explain to people that their is limits to the content you are allowed to share and that this site has much more rules than the Red Light District of Amsterdam. Their last purchase made was for a monthly subscription to RedLightCenter.com site that ended in August 2014. All services we received payment for have been rendered.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)They banned me with time left on my subscription and money in my account also I can not access creations of mine, and creations of others that I paid quite a bit of money for. They banned me from my own intellectual property and have yet to lay out any specifics or what harm was done in any specific order or manner. They banned me for prejudicial reasons which had little to do with my behavior on this site. Its a personal conflict with regard to perspective and by no means have I violated any agreement.They claim you are in violation if you act as one of the majority, but do not specify what that even means or how I violated that clause. All I have heard from them is innuendo and base less claims that have no merit and are contrary to the truth!
