When Ms [redacted] purchased her Toyota Tacoma from us in July, our finance manager who was very new to the position accidentely used the New Mexico title and license fee schedule instead of the Texas fees This left a shortage of $needed to pay for the Texas title, plates and registration We contacted [redacted] and asked that we be allowed to resubmit the contract with the additional $but were not allowed to do so because the loan had already been finalized Although we very much regret the error in Ms [redacted] ’s paperwork she does still owe the $for the Texas title and licensing fees / [redacted] Style Definitions */

I have thoroughly reviewed Ms [redacted] ’s contract and find no indication of any of the events she reports Her vehicle sales price was $25,plus tax, title and license She also purchased a GAP insurance policy and a vehicle warranty Her trade allowance of $and her down payment of $are clearly deducted on her contract There is no record of any other unsigned contract dated August 27, or otherwise We have offered several times to have Ms [redacted] come in to the dealership to further explain her contract At the present time Ms [redacted] has failed to pay this dealership her down payment of $and we are considering legal action in order to collect

Tell us why here On October 22, 2016, Mr [redacted] purchased a new GMC Yukon XL from Sisbarro Buick GMC During the process of registering Mr [redacted] vehicle the registration sticker was placed on his license plate which he feels defaces the plate We value Mr [redacted] business and Mr [redacted] has already offered to reimburse him for a new specialty license plate

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Unfortunately this business continues to miss the point An error was made yes, and I understand that; we all make mistakes I was trying to work with them in resolving itThe General Manager was belligerent on the phone despite the fact that I reached out to them several times to resolve the issue So rude and inappropriate, to the point that he mocked me and my family regarding a personal tragedy I was going through at the time It is really sad and downright wrong that they treat the community that way I had never been treated the way this business treated me Not by a car dealership or any other type of business I did not expect any favors, but I did expect them to be respectful, especially given the fact that the mistake was done by them After speaking with the General Manager himself, I realized why the rest of the employees had such low customer service standards Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

After a review of MrO*** deal I have not been able to determine what might have happened to cause such a discrepancy in the reported income however, since MrO*** is wishing to refinance the vehicle I would ask that he contact me here at the dealership as we have many financing

down payment of $1000 are clearly deducted on her contract.  There is no record of any other unsigned contract dated August 27, 2016 or otherwise.  We have offered several times to have Ms. [redacted] come in to the dealership to further explain her contract.   At the present time Ms. [redacted] has failed to pay this dealership her down payment of $1000.00 and we are considering legal action in order to collect.

Please be advised that we will definitely return $1000.00 to Mr. [redacted].  Thank you.
