financed a used *** *** on NOV it passed safety though there was a major oil leak the engine had been cleaned prior to sale so I did not notice it right awaymy driveway ruined because of all the oil leaking outive had to add quart every dayseventually the oil leak which saturated the alternator belt caused it failed on the highway while out of town it caused me to loose power steering and other malfunctionsthankfully me and my passenger were un harmed and I managed to pull over safely avoiding a near collisions with a transport truckhad to tow the car home and figure out how to go about this the dealership does not offer any help other than for me to go through third party warranty (***) which I dont have any info on because they did not give me a copy and im still waiting for the welcome package in the maili feel that things were overlooked or missed during the safety inspection all I wanted was a safe reliable vehicle and for the dealership to act like they care and work to help with my situation I am waiting on a copy of this safety which was not provided to mei will offer the dealership time to assist before going to OMVIC with a complaint I will update this post according to the customer service I receive I have spent all my money trying to recover from this: towingxrental and deductible=apx $so far and I haven't even had the car for a month not even made the first payment an it already needs extensive repairs im very disappointment and unimpressed with redline auto sales if u buy a car from them u have no choice but to buy a third party warranty as they offer no guarantee not even 30days

finally got to speak to the owner
yes days your a hard person to reach as every time I call you are busy or with a customer I left messages with your receptionist with what I need (the safety + my warranty info to be emailed) I declined your generous offer to take it to your friends shop and go through warrantyyes $of towing out of the $i spent thus far will be covered by the third party warrantystill does not cover my rental and deductible why does it matter if I brought it to your friends shop or the warranty company (which is what your sales person instructed me to do) it seemed best to go somewhere close and to a non-bias mechanicif you are going to help me out or offer some kind of customer service please do so and not be so rude on the phone you down played my situation I believe you know more than what your are willing to state the oil was leaking the day I drove it away and had to add oil every 3days the engine was cleaned and the evidence exist that the leak was there for a while also as u stated that is what the warranty is for? well read the fine print...they do not cover pre existing issuesbut the fact of the matter is I bought an unsafe(lost contol of my vehicle on a highway), unreliable vehicle(broke down days after purchase) and have gotten ZERO help or assistance other than recommendation of where to bring my vehicle (i thank you for that) but most places have at least a 30-day guarantee or somethingnot sure if anyone else had this experience but I did not have a choice about warranty it was automatically on my bill of sale and included with what I was told my monthly payment would be.im still not impressed with how I am being treated and the lack of care you demonstrate given the time of year I have spent all my savings on this car and cant even afford Christmas presents anymore im still trying to be respectful and not get upset but im actually more disappointed and sad if anything the evidence is clear that this vehicle should not have passed safetyyou made me feel like this is my problem and I have to take care of it, so that what I am trying to doand this is my honest review of redine still sounds like you dont care and dont want to help me recoup any of the costs and hardships I have endured since driving off the lot

I am very pleased with the service I recieved at redline auto sales in hamilton ontario. Nick was a wonderful sales man and stuck to his word right to the end. I purchased a car from him and there were a few things wrong shortly after my purchase he had the issues fixed immediately and properly. I would not buy a used car from anyone else. I felt very comfortable and pleased with the service I got from redline auto sales, they are a greta bunch of people and I love my car I bought from them this month of July 2015. So thank you Nick and Redlineauto sales, I really appreciate all your help!
