I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
[Business has failed to provide proof of parts changed and inspection report. Business kept vehicle for a total of 21 days and no faults were fixed since vehicle still has the same issue that it went in for repairs. The day the vehicle was first purchased and taken home my daughter and business representative came to a verbal agreement that business would fix the jerking since it was covered. Messages on [redacted] show proof of this where my daughter tells business it does not seem like coil issue and representative [redacted] tells her to bring the car back and it is a coil issue. Representative is trying to say he does not cover wear and tear but a verbal agreement was made when vehicle was taken. Warranty paperwork clearly reads that all faults and repairs will be fixed. After the first 15 days [redacted] told me that car was fixed via social media and to come pick it up. After picking up vehicle car still has same issues. Car was then returned within a hour and business partner [redacted] took it which concluded the car being in the shop for 21 days. [redacted] had the vehicle for 15 days and told me it would be a quick fix. He soon began to ignore me and partner [redacted] got involved to handle matter. After communicating online [redacted] told me car was fixed and I picked it up the next day but it has the same issues. I purchased a vehicle that was represented as ready to go. My wife signed a contract and warranty paper that clearly says all faults, repairs will be done. After paying for vehicle and waiting hours to pick it up [redacted] told daughter that car is jerking but he will repair it. Car was taken back within 24 hours and still has same issues. Wear and tear does not happen within 1 second of having the vehicle. The vehicle was not sold as is. Business needs to honor agreement and fix the issue. It was a verbal agreement and it is written in legal papers. Business does not want to honor what they said they would. Business also does not want to refund money. I asked for refund while vehicle was still in business possession but this was denied. All I ask is the vehicle be fixed as promised and stated in paperwork. I now own a car that is unsafe to drive because the business does not want to fix the issue. Business has ignored me, lied to me of the where abouts of the vehicle when they had it. It was not with [redacted] as I was told. After in my possession I took it to [redacted] and [redacted] lists the damages exceeding 3000$. I would like the business to fix the issue - fix all faults and repairs as stated or a refund. ]

complain [redacted] against redline motors Customer is [redacted], not [redacted], is complaining the vehicle has post-inspection faults. I am a licensed massachusetts dealer. Vehicle sold 2007 [redacted] with over 125,000 miles. Massachusetts implied warranty is only to pass...

inspection. At time of sale, vehicle has faults that would prevent it from passing emission requirements. Vehicle was repaired with parts. It has passed inspection with no check engine light faults. Dealership fulfilled requirements and obligations by repairing it to pass inspection. See attached sticker. Customer has a 3rd party warranty to cover the initial 90 days. [redacted]

Vehicle is driveable hence why it got an inspection sticker passing both emission and safety.  Customer must be aware post inspection , wear and tear, and warranty related matters are their own responsibilitity especially on vehicles with mileage such as 177k. Customer does have an existing warranty they should consult with for further assistance. Redline fulfilled its obligation and satisfied massachusetts lemon law.

Customer has made their allegations and my company has responded with all the necessary documents with nothing further to add for the rebuttal. Pictures, quotations of law, and copies of all documents regarding post inspection maintenance and repair for said vehicle has been given to the Revdex.com. Any other matters.
