This is 2nd time a consumer has opened a Revdex.com case regarding this claim. I discussed with the Revdex.com representative *** multiple times on the phone as I don't understand how Revdex.com operates in this kind of situation. I spoke with *** with Revdex.com for the third time on 11/after I received this
complaint notification on Monday morning (11/21), and I was told by *** to reply to the claim online and explain the situation. I spoke with the female consumer a few times on the phone after she opened the first Revdex.com case and was told different explanations during our phone interactions. - When I first spoke with her after the Revdex.com case was opened she said her son purchased multiple smoothies and hair was found in her smoothie only I apologized and asked for her proof of purchase (a receipt) in order for any refund could be done She said she didn't have a receipt because her son made a purchase with his credit card. I told her I would open a case with Smoothie King Corporate to locate the purchase and it could take 5-business days. She told me the date the purchase was made and what kind of smoothies she thought were purchased. - After this info was given by the female consumer, *** with Revdex.com called my store so I explained the actions I was taking. When I told ***, the consumer explained her son made the purchase, *** said the BBS case was going to be closed because her son/ true purchaser must open a claim with Revdex.com. I told *** after I could confirmed the purchase, I would refund or provide a free smoothie.- We tried to locate this purchase reviewing the history but couldn't find any purchase that fits the criteria the female consumer had provided. So I called her back to explain.- Then she provided another date as the purchasing date and then said her son paid with cash. I told her I would review the history based on the new set of info and get back to her. In that conversation she expressed her frustration with the process; why she had to go through this. I explained to her without any proof of purchase, I can't refund Unfortunately we sometimes get people who try to get free smoothies with claims so it is a process we have to ensure my business is protected. - We did another search to locate a cash purchase meeting her criteria and nothing came up. I called her number a couple of times but we didn't connect.- After months have passed by, now her husband has opened this Revdex.com case saying he made the purchase not his son. At this point, I don't know what to believe any more. - Smoothie King Roanoke has been in business for almost years and we never had any incident of hair being found in smoothies so I take this claim very seriously. We blend every single smoothie when each customer orders it and they are not pre made. - I need a proof of purchase regardless of who made this purchase. If there is no receipt to be provided, I need to know when the purchase was made and what payment method was used because the past purchase history can confirm it, which was explained to the female consumer before. The purchase record has been verified. Three small smoothies were purchased (Watermelon X-Treme, Strawberry Mango Hydrator, Stawberry Kiwi Breeze) at 5:pm on Sun 6/19/2016. The purchase was paid by a credit card (VISA ending with ***) and the total was $18.12.The inconsistent purchase information provided by the customers caused a significant delay toward timely resolution. Even still, we are willing to offer them two free small smoothie cards in the spirit of customer service. Smoothie King Roanoke considers this response as appropriate notification and they are welcome to pick them up in the store at their convenience

The owner's offer for two FREE smoothies, doesn't satisfy usIn essence, she is only offering ONE FREE smoothie as my wife smoothie had a hair in it and had to be discardedAs she previous indicated on her first complaint that she would also like an apology from the ownerThis matter could have been settled months agoAlthough my wife didn't have a receipt, she did tell the owner what type of smoothie was purchased, the number of smoothies purchased and the correct date it was purchased (after my wife reviewed her calendar), she did notified the owner that the purchase was made on 6/19/after PMHad the matter been resolved months ago and the owner's tone was more apologetic to my wife (instead the owner's spoke as if my wife was trying to "con" the establishment out of a free smoothie), we would have been satisfied with just replacing her smoothie. Thank you for your time.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
My wife have explained to the owner that she was not in the store when payment was made and she thought it was my son who may the purchased. The purchased was made on Father's Day in the afternoon on June 19th. It was three smoothies. My wife offered to bring the remains of the frozen smoothie with the hair it in to the store, but the owner refused indicating that she needed a receipt (of which we trashed after the purchased). 
Subsequently, after my recollection of that day - my son did pay with his credit card and I did reimbursed him in cash for the purchased. Below is the information from his Credit card on 6/19/2016.
