Items purchased before Christmas 2019. Four items purchased in total. Three of the items were damaged. Items were packaged and shipped back. I was told to return the items to multiple locations. One item was mistakenly shipped back to the incorrect address. I have not received a credit for the items. There is no explanation for why I have not received a credit for the items that have been received. Items returned in January and I have had multiple email conversations trying to clear this up. I have called and left messages that have not been returned. It has been over two months now since items were returned and still no credit has been given.

Refund I would like a full refund minus any shipping charges for all items originally purchased. For clarification all items originally purchased have been returned.
I received only a partial refund which did not compute for the sum of any of the items I had purchased. We sent emails asking for a breakdown of the refund we had received and also requesting a refund equal to the full amount of our original purchase. We have not received a response.
I'm going to forward you some correspondence between our salesman Nathan and the customer, in which Nate breaks down where to ship the items. Sadly, the customer did not do so and returned them to the wrong location. Because we never received the items back, the customer was only issued a refund for the correct items returned to the correct location. My apologies ma'am.
