[redacted] was our sales person and he was great until we signed the paperwork then he was hard to reach We live in Florida so the car was shipped to us We bought a GT We received the car on Feb12, It was advertised with custom upgrades and a FULL POWERTRAIN MANUFACTURE WARRANTY valid through August Over $13k in receipts, which we finally got after the fact but was only around $6k I got three of the same receipt with a running total that he was adding all together So Monday, Mar(days later), the engine throws a rod through the block I take to Ford because I have a warranty After weeks at Ford they tell me the warranty is void because of the upgraded tune To replace the block and internals, it's going to cost $15k I spent $45k on this car I've left messages, one directly on [redacted] phone and another on the main line No returned call

Purchased a 2002 Porsche 911 4S at Redline. I went to multiple shops and private sales up and down from Los Angeles to San Diego. THE best car for the price hands down. A lot of top notch cars in the shop as well as the staff working there. Went back 3 times before making purchase and each time they were as helpful and courteous as the first. Everything went smooth with purchase and car runs great.

The customer gets a Due Bill at the time of purchase and these items were not promised. I am more than happy to try and work on resolving this complaint but have not heard from the customer. I would like them to contact me ([redacted]) to try and get this squared away.

We have had no contact from this client regarding the mechanical issue. No messages were received or left. The receipts that we issued the customer were from previous owner but not all receipts were provided from the previous owner on upgrades. We are more than happy to speak with them...

regarding this unfortunate mishap.

Customer was sent a second key in good faith. It was overnighted to his address on 12-22-2014 at a $300.00 cost covered by Redline European. The vehicle was sold as a consignment at a minimal profit which customer was aware of. As a result of the key Redline hopes in good faith this will suffice for...

the customer.

The customers key was ordered and dealer covered the Full cost.
