This product was being sold from [redacted] I assume you are not aware how [redacted] works as far as descriptions go Every seller from [redacted] is not allowed to change or create a listing description that is already created by [redacted] Its not like *** As far as returning the item it was brought to our attention from an [redacted] representative to issue a return label however you did not have a printer to print the label So how do you expect that to happen We did tell you since you do not have a printer to send package and we will reimburse the shipping charges (very simple process) Once you finally shipped the item we issued full refund plus return shipping within an hour of receiving product
