I am rejecting this response because: The reply of this business is a complete lieThe item I bought is from a [redacted] TSX mtAnd the "new item" he is referring to is still from the same car matter of fact is listed under the same parts listing from the same car I bought it fromThey can claim they have great business feedback but if that's the case go look on [redacted] the complaint from another unhappy customer away from this business and its shady sales practicesThis business has gone as far as to change the item Url to a different listing, look at my history title of the listing and look at the new description that link brings me to[redacted] http://tinypic.com/r/jhr9jb/9Also the part numbers are exactly the same from a and [redacted] TSX MT (which is the new car he listed the part under):http://www.oemacuraparts.com/acura/tsx-sedan/37820rbba21/2007-year/tsx-na... I provided proof about the item transaction from PayPal which includes the year make and model from the car I bought it from and I'll gladly provided again over and over to expose this business

I am the CFO of the company and have looked into this unfortunate scenario that has occurred. The original item the customer purchased on December 18, 2015 through our website shopping cart was Item # [redacted]. (PayPal Unique Transaction ID #[redacted]). We run a "walk-in" store, [redacted]...

store (We have over 3,000 satisfied customers who have left us 100% positive feedback a link to our ratings is below) and a online store as well. Unfortunately, Item # [redacted] was unavailable and was not automatically removed in time, from our online Inventory database when the customer made the purchase. The new part the customer is referring to that he saw listed on 01/13/16 is item # [redacted]. We cannot offer item # [redacted] at the price of item # [redacted] simply because (although interchangeable) item # [redacted] is from a newer year [redacted], the last of the interchange generation. As for the phone conversations with us, I am not sure with who or when this occurred for me to look into as no names were given from the customer. We have been in business since 2003 and have not had any such issues. I think this may just be a misunderstanding. I will say that I do not appreciate the customer emailing my staff and telling us that we are full of [redacted], instead of calling our store and asking to speak to a manager or supervisor to discuss this issue. Lastly, to make it clear to the customer who requested an extended warranty, all of our parts do have a 90 day minimum warranty as stated on the homepage of our website. I end my response and all future responses to this matter here[redacted]

Review: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SCAMMER ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On December 18th 2015, I was searching on [redacted] for a ECU for my 2007 [redacted] TSX 6 Speed, when I searched for the part this business called "Redline Performance" showed up with having a M/T ECU for my car with a listed price of U$200. I went ahead and bought the ECU of their website for a total of U$219.60 including taxes and shipping. 3 days later I call them and ask them why they haven't shipped the item. The guy that answered the phone went ahead and gave me a story about how the ECU that came in the car was from a AUTOMATIC. I found it very strange and shady because that's very unusual. BUT I let it go and they refunded me the money on December 21st.

I been search for this part ever since on [redacted], until today I searched again, and guess what popped up? Same MANUAL ECU FROM A 2007 [redacted] TSX, and guess who selling it? "Redline Performance". Now here is the kicker, new asking price of U$400.

I went on their website to confirm and went under the same listing of the same car I had bought the ECU from back in December, and there it was the same ECU listed again as a MANUAL one for 400 dollars.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out the dirty business this people are conducting. I've never made a complaint about a business before, but man this people deserve one. I suggest every one steers away from this business and their shady sales practice.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!AGAIN STEER AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: It would be nice if I could get the ECU for the original price I originally bought for and that this people apologize for their shady sales practice and correct their mistakes so their business wont go to ruins with this kind of dealings.

P.S. Also that the part came with decent warranty, because with their business practice I wouldn't be surprise if they ship me a broken ECU.
