I am rejecting this response because: The facts stand as statedYour lack of professionalism and unwillingness to take responsibility for a customer, who hired your service in good faith, do not justify the personal attacks or my response to themYou have relied on information provided by employees, whom you stated told you there were no incidents on the date your company failed to deliver me on time for my flightBy your own accord, no manager or owner was on duty at the timeYet, direct witnesses, unrelated to me, have been maligned because they found your service to be inadequateYour company owes me the amount I had to spend on lodging and meals because of a failure to deliver services as hired.

And I reject your complaint. Dis-honest and a big complainer who thinks she is entitled. So you justify "recruiting" your family to get them to complain and dishonestly report negatively on a company they never used? You are a troll. Exposing yourself as dishonest and trouble maker. Normal people rate the service and go about their life but you see revenge because you have been "entitled" all your life. A spoiled one. Again, you think your 1 rated review is a reflection of our service when we have 17- 5 star ratings? It isn't a reflection of our service. If you are an honest person who understands business then you and I wouldn't be doing this. But you are a person of revenge. Dishonesty is your friend.

Our reviews are all open for everyone to read. You are very dishonest person as you have had your son-in-law to also complain and he has never even experienced our 5 star service to the community. Is that honest? asking your friends and family to add a negative review when they never have experienced our service? You are also dishonest in your review because you admitted half of our service we provided for you was a "Pleasant Experience". Your very words. So on a 5 star system, how do you come up with a 1 star negative review? is it because you are indeed a dishonest person in your heart? feeling "entitled" perhaps? Trouble maker? compulsive complainer? Your 1 star review doesn't reflect our business. We have 17  - 5 star reviews and counting! So I think you have some explaining to do. When you rate our service in a dishonest way, then your credibility vanishes away and you become "one of those". An obvious trouble maker and complainer. You cannot stop can you? You think your 1 star review will stop our great service we provide? 1 star review up against 17 -5 star reviews? What do you think is a reflection of our company? your 1 star? No it doesn't. It is the many 5 star reviews and our ever growing happy customers that is a reflection of our company.

Dear add false advertising to my complaint, #[redacted], RE: Red Lion Coach, Inc. They are hiding all negative reviews on their...

[redacted] page. This is important because that is how I selected them for transportation in the first place. I saw the positive reviews and assumed they were a good company to do business with. Had I known they hide their poor reviews, I would have steered clear of their service. Additionally, although they have blocked me from making any comments on their page, I noticed that they have a 5 star review by their manager, Morgan B[redacted], and all of a sudden have other 5 star reviews are popping up to make their rating appear higher than it should be.My reservation was made with Red Lion Coach some three weeks prior to needing transportation. At that time, Red Lion Coach gave me a senior citizen discount. I am 66 years of age and should not have been put in the position they put me in. So, as far as I am concerned, they did not make accommodations for my age.During the time I owned and operated my [redacted] business, I won the 2001, Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics and was runner up in 2000. I rarely complain about any business, but when I do, it’s a valid complaint which needs to be taken seriously!Thank you.[redacted]

As I mention before. We had wind gusts between 60 and 65 mph all day which set our schedule very bad. We cannot control the weather, even though you think everyone around you should for your sake. WE don't owe you anything because of the weather that day. In addition, you are dishonest from the start of the review report as 1/2 the trip you mentioned was pleasant. You lied about our driver and twisted his information to suit your account, you resorted to post ugly remarks on your reviews of your trip without calling us first to describe your incident, and because you are "that type of person", you turned to recruit and manipulate your friends and family, to report dishonestly about us. You are not "entitled" to anything from RedLion Coach. Not here not now. Hope your travels are as pleasant in the future as they were when we picked you up on your first half of your trip here to Northern Colorado.

I am rejecting this response because: Your service caused me to miss my flight, resulting in $200+ lodging and meals and much inconvenience to me. Your company has failed to resolve this issue by communicating effectively and reimbursing my extra expenses. Instead, you have put the burden on me to chase a fair resolution. Additionally, you have now resorted to attacking me personally and that is because your handling of this entire situation is unethical. There were several witnesses to this event and they have every right to rate your service and/or comment accordingly. Whatever happened to taking responsibility for your actions or lack thereof? Your handling of this issue and general attitude toward resolution is exactly why this complaint was made to the Bullying, attacking, excuses and ignoring the situation do not alleviate you of your responsibility to your customers. Regards,
