Dec 25, 2015In reference to the above complainOwner said they have cats and dogs....So far I have seen animals, they made time appointments - time no show and one surgery appointment he called at the time of appointment to cancelIt is true for any professional businesses like vet office dentist or surgeon - no shows not good for any businesses.Owner is keep calling for the professional advice for the animals never seen before.He keep calling to give the prescription medicine/post dated checks or the payment plane-Owner complained on arrival.....It is true they made appointments and brought one animal need to communicate before appointment - Owner's wife is lying she made an appointment and came with one animalWe gently asked her if you are not able to commit to come at the time of appointment please don't make appointmentsWe never ripped off any one in past, present and will never in futureHe mentioned lb dog.......The dog "***" lb very uncooperative dangerous for other dog, people and their childrenWe offered her to ask for special time like last appointment or first appointment and get the help of her husbandI personally helped her to put the dog in the car with childrenHis complain - attempted to talk spending more money........There is a standard way to perform check up and planelike Plane 1-check up-all diagnostic work according to the problems seen on animals and planeIf animal have ear infection - diagnostics work include Blood work, allergy testing, Ear Swab cytology and treatment plane according to the diagnostic findings-like bacteria in ear prescribe antibiotic.Plane - Check up Limited diagnostic work and plane according to the findings.Plane Check up and jump on the treatment symptomatically.We have offered the diagnostic plane and client declined than we have jumped after client have declined the procedure that is not the talk taking more moneyIf we don't offer the plane it is illegal and board may suspend the licenseWe advise you not to share the case paper information with any third party.Conclusion :-We are not able to refund the money because we did nothing wrong.DrKP

Again, we would like to offer a sincere apology to the *** family that they felt offended, and were not satisfied with the services we provided. At this point, we feel it's best to accept the complaint, and move on. However, we will not tolerate slander of any kind or harassmentIt is irrelevant, and inappropriate to mention Dr.P***'s previous employment history, and the information **.*** claims is inaccurateDr.P*** worked for the Humane Society for over years. We stand firm with our decision not to grant any refunds on our low cost services, or the medications that were dispensed.We will gladly forward a copy of the medical histories acquired at our office via mail. This will be our last correspondence regarding this matter.Thank you,Dr.P***

I am rejecting this response because: I am not going to be party to this lying game You attacked my wife in an unprofessional verbal assault that is unacceptable and will not be tolerated I reiterated information volunteered by Dr P*** in a public setting The information regarding his previous employment and the details surrounding his dismissal from his post were offered by him voluntarily and without solicitation This is not slander I would not know the specifics of anything having to do with his past unless he offered it I was there for the treatment of my dog? Not a history lesson on his employment I will accept nothing less than a refund of the money I paid
