Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:They are claiming it was a legal tow, but they don’t have the evidence to support itAll they have is random photographs with no date or time stampsThere is no surveillance cameras at the parking lot eitherAlso, they are forbidding me to take my personal belongings (documents) from the vehiacleThey say it is their property until I pay them money they are asking for Sincerely, [redacted]

Mr [redacted] The reason why we could not find the vehicle in question was because it was under a different nameThe Volkswagen Passat was under the name of MangusingThe address for this person is listed in StreamwoodThat would mean someone else drove the vehicle from our facility.I am not sure if you were there when the vehicle was picked up but there was not a permit in the vehicle for that propertyWe do not feel there is any reason for a refund as this was a valid towAs far as the signage on the property goes there are plenty of signs at all the entrance ways and in various other parts of the parking lotIf the vehicle does belong on the property please acquire the proper permit from the management officeIf you have any other questions please feel free to contact us

On Wednesday 1/4/at 2:pm we were called out by the District State Police/Tollway Authority for a vehicle that was broken down on route westbound at mile marker 65.The authorization number from the Tollway Authority on this call is We responded immediately with a flatbed tow truck to that locationOnce on scene we found a Nissan Altima on the shoulder with a Tollway help truck behind itWe approached the driver and told him the District State Police/Tollway Authority called us out to assist himWe loaded his vehicle and asked him where he wanted to be towed toThe District State Police / Tollway Authority did not want him sitting on the Tollway in the extreme weather conditionsWe towed the vehicle to [redacted] Hoffman Estates which is an IHOP restaurantThis way the customer could stay warm in the restaurant while waiting for his motor club to send a truckThe customer was charged for the tow, dollars a mile for mile, and dollars for tollsThese rates are set by the Illinois Tollway Authority and a copy of the bill is available upon requestWe were called by the State Police / Tollway AuthorityThe Tollway Authority was still on site when we arrivedWe do not have the ability to bill [redacted] motor club for a Tow that the Police had dispatched us toThis tow was an emergency situation due to the location of the vehicle, side of a major expressway, and the adverse weather conditions, below zero temperaturesThe customer may be able to turn the bill into his motor club for reimbursement of the feesif you have any other questions please feel free to contact us

We were called to the [redacted] restaurant at route / Roselle rd for a jump startWe arrived on scene and found the customer there with other peopleWe attempted the jump start but it would not startWe asked the customer where they wanted the vehicle towed and she told us [redacted] Mazda The customer asked if we could drive them home and the driver said no because his next tow was in ChicagoWe also can not take people in our tow truck at a timeThe customer and her friends took a cab from the sceneWe towed the vehicle to the dealer and dropped it off.I apologize if there was a misunderstanding on the scene, but we cannot transport people at a time in our tow trucksI do not feel any type of a discount is warranted at this time as we did perform the services we were hired forif you have any further questions please feel free to contact me.have a great day,***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: You have the address on file if you would show some type of genuine care and maybe get up from chair then maybe you would be able to put two and two togetherInvoice [redacted] has all my vehicle information, but if your to lazy to do that then here is my info black Volkswagon Passat license [redacted] Im sure this towing company is practicing in predatory towing with expired permits in its facilityI have pictures and video with no towing signs postedI saw one sign posted over feet from my point of entranceTheir are more then one entrance and the simple fact they don't seem to care shows its a numbers game to themPlease help and get them to follow the rules we set fourth, no reason why the state will justify this type of behavior Sincerely, [redacted]

Although the photo does not have a time stamp on it, the tow truck is equipped with a GPS unit that tells us the time and the location of the truck 24/7. it would show what time the truck was there towing the vehicle. Illinois State Law allows us to hold the vehicle and its contents in lieu of payment. If you have any other questions please feel free to call

I do not show any records for any vehicle being towed under that last name or addressCould you please supply more information such as the type of vehicle that was towed or what apartment complex it was towed from.thank you

This vehicle was parked in visitor parking for consecutive nights in a rowthe property management company does not allow thiswe have taken pictures of the vehicle in visitor parkingthis is a valid tow and therefore not eligible for a refund

I would encourage you to try to submit your bill to the motor club for reimbursement for this emergency situation

I am rejecting this response because:I am unsatisfied due to the way the situation was handledI am completely understanding of the policies outside of their control- and appreciate the intentions and concern in regards to my well being.However, I still feel as if better clarification and communication could have executed.I will be filing with Small Claims Court to dispute this further

will continue to do business with my HOA I expect that they eliminate the abusive treatmentWill they acknowledge that they did wrong and produce an explanation of process improvement on their side? I will forward this to my HOA and ensure that it is distributed to all tenants so that we/they know what to expect from this business

They DID NOT explain this to ME at any point in timeInstead I had to involve my homeowner association since they refused to speak with meWhen I called I was hung up on timesNot to mention that my relative that witnessed the attempt to tow the car was in crutches and he had to endure abuse as wellThis 'updated list' was updated weeks in advanceI have the email of their acknowledgement yet they still tried to tow the carThis response does not sound like process improvementThis sounds like an excuse

We have explained to ms *** several times on the day of the incident that our driver left for his shift with out getting his updated tow list for that propertyIt was our mistake and we ensured her the list was updated for all of our drivers and her vehicle information was updated and would not be towed

I am rejecting this response because you lied about having various signs postedThis makes me question your integrity and shows your characterI would like to thank you for posting all the new signs days later after I notified the better business, not only do I have video of the whole entire parking lot but I actually took pictures of no signs postedAt this point in time I will be contacting my credit card serve to dispute the charge.
