While my daughter was in Traverse City for her Clinical studies, I got a call from her about car troublesI was on my way from Grand Rapids to our home in the U.Pso my resources where limitedI got to TC, stopped at a chain parts store & asked where I could get helpThey suggested Redmonds I made my way there, talked to the lady behind the counter & from my description of the symptoms they had a good idea of the problemA call for a tow truck was made & within an hour the car was towed in and about hours later the car was fixed and back in my daughters work parking lot waiting for herThe price was fair, the service was awesome! The vehicle referred to above was delivered to Redmond Auto in late August when the clutching system was malfunctioning after having just been replaced less than a month prior by a different auto repair shop A diagnostic was to be preformed to evaluate why the clutching mechanism was not functioning properly After first spending $to replace the clutch parts, we were charge by Redmond Auto to replace the same parts that had just been installed, rather than recognizing that a missing inspection plate was the critical component that was causing the repeating problem The charges billed by Redmond Auto was $1, A few monthly later it cost $to again address a malfunctioning clutch The third mechanic was steadfast in the assessment that prior problems would have been alleviated had an inspection plate been rec
