Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I personally changed the HDMI cable for an optical HDMI cable and now the image projects just fineThe receiver I have is one of the highest grade receivers in the market and works perfectEven in the diagnosis of the issue this company did not do the job properly I PAID for the changes I requested and they left me with a system that did not show an image after spending over 6K in this projectAND they declined to repair the wall which has two large holesUpon closer inspection, I also had to flip the screen as believe it or not they installed it upside down and I also had to relocate the projector as they installed it off-centeredTerrible, unprofessional service Sincerely, [redacted]

In response the complaint made by *** [redacted] we completely disagree with his statement and find it to be invalid and not true! The customer continued to change his mind through out the project including adding favors that he held us responsible for which was not in writing or on our orginal aggreement and he was not charged for All product purchased by the customer was delivered and was working properly The issue in this project was the customers Home Theater Receiver which was used and not purchased through us! We tested projector and all other NEW equipment purchased from us infront of the customer and knew that everything was in working order We later found out there was another device needed to make his USED receiver work with new equipment At this point customer demanded that it was not his issue and would not work with us at all Customer also started to tell us we needed to patch holes! Again this was not in our orginal aggreement and no physical holes were left any where, again lies! Nothing he is stating was in writing or even in the original aggreement We even lowered his reamining balance which was labor only to try and work with him and he refused [redacted] actually owes the company for labor that was completed We do not care to contact him or pursue any type of legal collections at this time We do have proof of all this in writing with emails and our aggreement I would really respect if you can take the compaint off our Revdex.com becasue he has no proof of this! This is just a case of a customer that took advatage of our good nature and no matter what would never be happy In years of experience, I have never been treated like this before We also can back up all of this with a great local reputation and lots of positive refferences Please advise Redmond Home Theater
