Redmond Roofing replaced our roof and did a fast, beautiful, professional job. The employees were friendly, efficient, neat, and obviously knew what they were doing. I will happily recommend them to friends!
Review: Saleman told us we had to have two rings attached in two places on our roof to tether people working on the roof because of a state law.
Each one would cost More than $75.00 plus instalatiom cost.
They were installed when the roof was finished.
Since then we have looked at other new roof in and around Bellevue and have seen NO RINGS attached to those roofs.
WE would like a refund for something that was sold to us in a dishonest way.
If you wish you may come by and look at our RINGS which nobody has use since instillation.Desired Settlement: Would like a refund of the total cost for the rings.

We installed permanent (ANSI approved) safety anchors in his roof while we did work there.
I believe the real problem here is communication.
While there is currently no law forcing people who work at heights (LIKE ON ROOFTOPS) to install permanent roof anchors there are huge fines levied if employees are caught working in an unsafe manor . As a Roofing Contractor & employer it is my responsibility to have policies to keep my employees safe. Fall Protection is a legal safety requirement and it is the focus of this complaint. The most common and least expensive form of fall protection is for the worker to wear a harness with a safety line (rope) attached to a legal anchor point to protect against injury from falling off the roof. We require our workers to work safely. For that reason we require that anchor(s) be installed for our workers use if there are none already present. The anchors we install are available for future workers from any company.
Customers are usually glad that we install safety anchors .
I hope Mr [redacted] can see he was not dealt with in a dishonest way. The anchors were installed so our employees (and others) could work legally and safely on his rooftop.
