Was charged $3250.00 for a radiator at this mechanic shop, went to Freightliner and was quoted $1400.00 for top of the line radiator. He also charged me his shop fees for shop supplies (ex: Rags, etc.). He told me that he would get me either way for shop supplies because if I did not pay it he would just move that number into the mechanic hourly rate. He also claimed to fix a rear end seal leak, however, it is still leaking.
My shop bill was over $5000.00 for these two issues.

Refund I want the difference refunded to me on what he overcharged on the radiator, which he refused to show a receipt on how much he paid for it from Freightliner, this way I can take my way of making a living to go somewhere else and not get ripped off and actually have a job completed.

First and foremost this customer was given an estimate as he requested before work was started, which customer had call back and approved and also the radiator the customer received was an OEM part, do to there was no aftermarket part available at the time for it and we put in a call again today to Freightliner as if we were a walk-in customer to Freightliner and for that part# the actual price is $4,287.46. And if any of our customers have issues after work completed they have a 90-day labor warranty & 1 yr warranty for parts which the work for this customer on this issue was done 11/22/19, and plus this customer we actually gave him a break on the price mark up for his radiator part, not our usual 30%, he only got 13% mark up.
