Went to Redneck Taxidermy to have a European Mount done, the quality of the work looks like a child completed itThe owner who teaches taxidermy must allow his students to do the work because it is incredibly SUB PARAside from getting the run around for months the skull of the deer instead of being bleached and whitened professionally it was painted BRIGHT WHITE, he even managed to get paint all over the base of the antlersHe charged more than what he initially quoted us because he "fixed" a tine that we SPECIFICALLY said we did not want fixedAdditionally whoever completed to work failed to remove all of the brain matter from the skull and despite the fact that we waited months to get the finished product back it smelled like carcass because it was not cleaned properly, we cannot even keep it in our house when we called to complain the OWNER screamed at my husband calling him a F [redacted] whiner and a complainer, amongst other incredibly insulting adjectivesThe owner has been in the past charged with assaulting a customer according to an article I read onlineI have asked around if other people have had the same experience and not ONE person had ANYTHING positive to say about this businessNeedless to say Redneck Taxidermy is an unprofessional establishment that puts out sub par garbage work and treats their customers like second rate citizensthis owner should be ashamed at his "work" and even more ashamed of the way he treats paying customers
