When Mrs [redacted] brought her car (ID [redacted] ) for a smog test, it was running and was safe for a smog testThe temperature of the car was and was safe for a smog testThe temperature of the car was normalI performed the test, as I would on any other car; and when Miss [redacted] left the smog station her car was running fineShe then later accused me of adding coolant to her carI strongly reject her accusation on adding anything, let alone coolant into her vehicle at any time during the encounterIf I were to add something to her car, I would have documentation on the work-order of her authorization and initial signature, and charged her for the coolant

proceeded filling out the paper work and completing it with a signatureI continued to smog her vehicle which unfortunately failedShe seemed displeased with the results and asked why it failed, when she just had her car fixed by Quality TuService ( Location: *** *** ***)Her vehicle failed because of two reasons, the first problem was that the monitor was not ready and the second was because the emission failedAfter explaining, she paid the $fee and said she was going back to Quality TuService.
